“Cracking! We live up on the coast near Llandudno and colleagues of mine who live near Pprthmadog had recommended Chippy Dre in Tramadol to us.
Good recommendation!
Crispy batter, light, lovely flakey fish. We had septfillets of haddock and cod. Lovely. Special shout out for the mushy peas. Thicker than what I am used to but my wife, a proud Northern Englander from Lancashire thought they were spot on and definitely had Northern English influences.
Price was good. Fish n chips has gone up in price everywhere but just over £30 for two adults and two children including drinks, peas and curry sauce... Good offer, good product, good offering!
Da iawn Chippy Dre!”

“Lovely food here can't fault it. The lady who owns it however seemed very annoyed and was very rude for no apparent reason and kept staring. The younger lady however who served us was very pleasant.”

“From Wrexham - We frequent criccieth and porthmadog. Hi , ‘Creel owners and staff ‘ , I hope you see this ! We visited Whitby , Yorkshire over the weekend, it is famous for fish and chips. We tried a takeaway called Trenchers , quite famous in the area and further. Got to say, their meal was tasteless , and THE BEST We’ve EVER TRIED IS STILL The Creel! Even compared to the well known Whitby fish and chips ! Don’t ever change, your food is spot on !”
