Lovely cafe with great food and a good variety to choose from. Dog friendly too.

Excellent breakfast. Lunch is also very good. The staff are really pleasant. They need to rethink their acceptance of dogs. There are too many and they disrupt the atmosphere, let alone undermining hygiene in a restaurant environment.

Amazing and cute little cafe on the beach front of Porthmadog. We stayed in the area for my birthday and my boyfriend found this cafe for breakfast. Was very nice and the breakfast sandwich definitely defeated me. Would be lovely in the summer when the weather is nice.

Seaview cafe is such a warm friendly place with amazing staff and views of Borth-y-Gest. The food is always delicious no matter what you order. The hot drinks are great to warm you up on a cold day and the ice cream flavours are fabulous.

Stopped in for breakfast a couple of times whilst staying in Borth y Gest with a group of friends. Great service, all the staff were very helpful Breakfast menu is great. Fresh Ingredients well cooked. Good blend of coffee used and dog friendly.

This is a very good ‘bistro’, certainly well above the Porthmadog average. It’s a shame that they have withdrawn the seafood chowder but otherwise the menu choice is good. The staff are very pleasant. Perhaps they should clamp down on the presence of dogs in the eating areas, which ruin the atmosphere and bring hygiene into question.

We stopped here for lunch whilst walking along the coastal path, service was great and the food was lovely. It's in a great spot overlooking the harbour too.

Delicious food and charming service. Highly recommended. We sat at an outside table with our 2 dogs and had a delicious lunch.

I booked a table for 8 for my friends birthday lunch. I gluten free and 1 with several allergies. The staff were extremely helpful. We all had a lovely lunch. It was a lovely meal, lovely staff, lovely day. What more can I say. 10 out of 10. Thank you Seaview for making my friends birthday a special one.

Arrived after a walk. Place was busy (but still not busy enough for people to have no manners!) so we were unsure if we would get a table, would have been prepared to wait. However, the lady who I presume is the manager disregarded us completely, told her junior member of staff to let us know “no space”, despite being stood right in front of us, didn’t even acknowledge us. There was a table with no reserved sign on in the window, which a couple then came in and took! So clearly there was space. Unwelcoming, and definitely will not be going back again. We then had to walk all the way back to Porthmadog for lunch, where we had a fantastic meal - highly recommend the big rock cafe over this place! Change your attitude!!

Highly recommended getaway from it all on holiday, beach nearby is great, especially when the tide is out.

Had breakfast, scrambled egg and smoked salmon. Very good. Ground coffee good, tasty not bitter. Good ingredients cooked well, fair prices. Excellent view. Great place for brunch.

We’ve been here a few times I’ve always found the lady who I assume runs the place quite rude and not very welcoming at all. She always seems very busy as it’s a busy restaurant however, being front of house a smile and a nice welcoming wouldn’t go a miss! Opening times need updating
