We went here for Mother's Day. We were greeted by a very welcoming, friendly and professional member of staff who took us to our table and explained the ordering system. I don't know his name but he was wearing a black shirt and trousers and had brown hair and a beard. He was excellent and really created a perfect impression of the place. Made us feel relaxed and at home straight away. The rest of the staff were very friendly and efficient too and they all made a fuss of my dog and made sure we knew where the dog facilities were. We had a lovely roast meal and delicious puddings. We enjoyed it so much we came back the next day to have another meal. This time we had fish and chips and steak. the fish was beautifully cooked, as was the steak. We will definitely be returning. thank you to your excellent staff who really make the place special.

The Best Kebab & Pizza

And it really was the Best chicken kebab ive had in a very long time. Lots of it and NO GREASE!!!!! Eat in your car though - Seagull Sid and gang will have you off. But If your looking for a nice kebab or pizza then you need to go in here. You can smell the fresh pizza bread as soon as you walk in.

The Bells Of St Mary'S

This used to be the best carvery, dropped from a 5 to a 4 in my humble opinion, I think the place is starting to look grotty, dusty and dirty. It's not the worst by any means but definitely losing its spark, we are mid way through the season so no doubt they're all exhausted to be fair to them as they are always busy.

5 stars for the staff, ordered the chicken burger and had to send it back as I asked no BBQ sauce, it was remade but was burnt and very dry, was rectified with much better expectations than expected, all other meals were perfect and drinks were better than most pubs in the area. Staff are brilliant and very helpful. Will come again and as a chef I'd happily show the kitchen how to make an amazing recipe for a proper juicy, tasty fried chicken breast for the burger ? (wasn't being fussy with my requests, I'm nightshade intolerant hence no tomato, potato, spice, yes... I have a boring diet, all my favourite food I can't eat) ?

Stayed at Presthaven and was looking for somewhere that took card, after a few attempts I found this place. Got a large fish and chips, at my local this would feed me and my wife. The fish was large enough for two but the the whole meal was in a styrofoam box so not much space for many chips. Plenty for a single person.

Food was excellent quality and the wait was short, place was busy with people eating inside and a few of us waiting for takeaway.

I’m over here visiting a friend the town centre is a bit dead but while I was here I wanted to get out so ended up here Friday night and Sunday night cheap drinks cracking atmosphere lovely down to earth bar with singers and kareoky shame didn’t stay open later cus I’d have happily stayed . Great bar staff and the owner is a lovely person even sang a ridiculous hard song with me to make my day lol . Shame it’s doubtful ile be over this way again but hope your bar does really well cus it deserves to . Wish you well

I'm a senior healthcare worker that serves the UKs NHS & Private health service and want to congratulate the excellent service of the Staff at Efes in the High st, Prestatyn. They went above and beyond, to ensure myself and family were welcomed with a top notch service, great food & excellent value for money! As someone that is well travelled across the UKs take outs, Efes get tops marks for the hygiene and the quality they deliver. The Chicken shish was nicely cooked and tasted amazing.

I visited this place 3 years ago on my last visit to North Wales do went along to see if they were still there.Toy surprise they were and still the same happy lady serving. This was great to see!3 years ago the portion sizes were so big we could of shared, sadly this wasn't the case this time around.I guess the cost of living crisis has hit everyone!The lovely lady seemed to have our best interests and pointed up to the cheaper options as a meal which I thought was fantastic. My curry and rice was £8 I want to say obviously this was instead of full portions hence why it was cheaper.The other meal she suggested was so great but I guess it's down to personal preference.I wouldn't say our visit was bad because of this.Would I come back? If ever I was in North Wales then definitely even if it was just to see the lady on the front deskThank you .

My favorite chippy. Second time this week visiting this chippy. By far the best for me. And I used to work in a chippy it's clean the food is so so good the staff are polite. Even if you have to wait a bit it's deffo worth the wait it's a great little chippy.

Lovely friendly pub both staff and locals, large sun trap of a beer garden out back, very dog friendly, went to a 50th birthday a few weeks back which was very well organised and decorated by the pub superbly! Have seen some very good bands and live events here. Staff whilst busy at the party worked hard with a smile throughout, and the barn at the back for extra space and parties is such a lovely quirky event space. Some good drinks deals on. Nothing seemed to much trouble for the management and team, well worth a trip up to the top of the high street to visit Prestatyns oldest pub, highly recommended, will see you all again at the weekend for some more live music, thank you!

What an amazing place. The food is delicious, with plenty of choice for sandwiches, cakes, jacket potatoes, etc. They also do breakfast’s. A cup of tea is only £1.80, which is the cheapest I’ve seen, and it’s a lovely cuppa too.

Karl's Fish & Chicken

I have a theory that chips get better the further north you travel, but you don't really need to go beyond Karl's Fish and Chicken in the High Street in Prestatyn. There's been a chip shop here since time immemorial and this place has never disappointed....fabulous freshly cooked chips, reasonable price and generous portions. Always enjoy visiting here. Right on the Offa's Dyke trail as well.

Highly recommend if you value taste over quantity! Although the food was greasy by the time it arrived, I warmed through in the oven for 10 mins, it was delicious. The haddock tasted very fresh, nicest piece of fish I've had from a chippy! The chip portions are smaller than you'd expect, but they were fluffy and crisp.
