Drive past the other chippies and head for Ffrith & Chips! We did and were not disappointed. The food was great - delicious fish with crispy batter, and great chips. Tanya and Esther are amazing! Not had such good service for a long time. We chose a haddock and a cod and said we'd share, so they divided our large portion of chips (freshly cooked) into two boxes and put half of each fish in each box. First time visit even though we're local and it was fab. Two young people serving who were lovely and worked well as a team preparing and serving the order. Food was cooked fresh to order, but didn't wait long, as I was asked if I was having fish as soon as I walked in. Batter was crispy and not too thick, fish tender, chips yummy. Good portion size and value for money. Option to sit in aswell. We'd definitely go again.

Without doubt the best fish and chips we've had in years. Fish ordered on arrival and cooked on ordering. Such tasty fish, perfect amount of crunchy batter. Chips also perfect. Delicious!!! Staff super friendly and extremely helpful, even came and took our rubbish off us as no bins located outside due to the flying rats that congregate by the sea and all that goes with the seaside experience.
