Great place to stay in Elan Valley , a good base for exploring the whole area and many dams, very comfortable room, small gift shop. Super friendly hotel staff ,we have heard the Sunday lunches are very good and it's best to book your table early, there is a small cafe on site which sells afternoon teas and cakes which is always a popular break for hikers.Our host Em was very cheerful and always happy to chat with , great stay , great hotel ,if your in this area find them out...read full review
"While touring the surrounding scenery, you can take a break here and enjoy a comfortable lunch. The staff is very friendly, the service is excellent, the place is clean, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. There are also some unique souvenirs. If I have the time next time, I will definitely consider staying here."

Stayed for 1 night here after spending the day seeing the elan valley dam's and can honestly say it's a fabulous place to stay. Claerwen room is where we stayed and it was a good size with an enormous comfortable bed. Staff were lovely and friendly and the breakfast outstanding. The little shop that sells gifts and souvenirs is all at a good price too. Will definitely return.
