Okay the food was alright but the respect I was given myself and another customer was horrendous and we have been going for a while the communication and the service was awful as a regular easily the worst place I've been.

Ordered at 4.35pm, I had to phone them at 6.30pm to see where my order was, they guy said it will be here in 15 minutes, phoned again at 7pm asking where my order was again. When to food arrived it was warm, my son ordered a half lb chicken burger and got 2 cheap thin chicken burgers you usually find in Iceland. I ordered the chicken donner kebab, the meat and salad was dumped on top of a tiny rock hard pitta bread which went in the bin. I ended up getting a wrap out of my own cupboard. Definitely won't be going back here. Compared to local take aways this place won't last long.

They’ll happily take your money, claim they have delivered your order when they have not& then give you attitude on the phone. Overpriced anyway, wouldn’t waste your time or money.

Chicken kebab ,salad , garlic Mayo , pitta bread and can of vimto Chicken - all fat ,tasteless Salad - few lettuce onions and one slice cucumber Garlic mayo- vinegary Pita bread - full of chicken grease Vimto - lovely :) ???? never again

I had the mixed meat and chips. The chips were cooked to perfection crispy and hot. Both chicken and donor meat was delicious. The portion was massive. I'd have taken a picture but as I ate it on the sea front there were too many seagulls. Staff were friendly.
Impersonating The Best Kebab in prestatynI was surprised to find "The Best" on Clwyd Eats and placed a order. The food I recieved was revolting. I was going to go in store to complain (to the one in prestatyn) until I was made aware that these scum are impersonating the shop in prestatyn and profiting off it!Not happy. I have contacted clwyd eats about your dishonesty & will be contacting The Best Kebab in prestatyn.

Ordered cheesy chips, paid for cheesy chips and got chips. Apparently I should have checked upon leaving because we all get our food out and check it before we leave don't we? The staff are rude and not helpful.
