Probably the worst run McDonald's I've been to, every single time I go the food takes too long and comes out wrong.

Went through drive through at 15.00 hours had to wait for what I thought was going to be freshly cooked food to find food not warm but freezing cold for £22 i dont think this is acceptable its not the first time this has happened hence the reason i am writing this. HOPE YOU CAN HELP WITH THIS

Absolute joke, ment to be fast food restaurant, but they get you to wait outside for like 20 minutes, and when it does come its freezing cold. There isnt enough car park spaces when they ask you to park up so you have to go round and round till some one leaves. They have more members of staff walking around outside looking for the customers than in the kitchen.Who ever the manager is they need to go on management course. The food itself is poorly done with no pride. Overall I think this branch needs an audit taking place.

Unfortunately when I visited here recently the order kept getting messed up when we did get our food it was cold and the desserts where out of date I was told I can either keep the out of date food or they can give me frozen ones to take home and defrost myself so I chose a refund which I was told I couldn't have because they had offered me a replacement I laughed an told them I didn't realise you sold frozen food here I was told they don't so I said good I'll have a refund then I used the consumer rights act to explain she wasn't allowed to expect customs to pay for something but get something else poor Child didn't know any better just making stuff up along the way (Managed By Children) unfortunately I won't go back to that one while sat waiting for our order we watched a dozen or so people go up an complain about there food being cold that's when we all got told that if the drive through is full they will make people who are sat inside wait longer for there order so they can let all the cars through first for a fast food service half an hours wait is very poor having to wait and watch all the cars go through first before being able to eat your own food not good.

Always have to wait a long time for food even when just ordering chicken may and latte. Mostly arrives cold. And latte cups always 2/3 full at

Bit quicker here although still try and get you to park through drive to pointlessly wait.(drive through defniton in name?)Good new just refuse to park up and food come to window within 60 seconds how it used to be before all the pointless extra queues they try to make us wait in.Bring back fast food 2024
