A whole new concept to FASTFOOD.I really don't understand why Uber Eat, Just Eats etc take prioity over walk in orders.....because in my my experience when I order on line it take at least 45mins to arrive?I walked in and ordered 2 double sausage and egg.....14mins I was waiting, 5 online orders done b4 mine....

Do not order for delivery from here. UNLESS YOU WANT TO WALK TO GO GET WHAT THEY MISSED OFF. I was missing 3 meals. Uber Eats was a waste of time and calling to store is also a waste of time. Had to walk and go get my remaining meals. This was Friday evening so I did give them 2 stars. But come on guys. Read the receipt.

To be honest on first visit I completely missed the venue as I was looking for the big M. However second time lucky found it. Nice and clean. Need fries to be hotter as when you reach the bottom you don't want cold fries. Will be back!

Worst service i’ve had here. I have ordered multiple times but giving chance after chance this will be my last time. I did delivery although it was fast the fries came freezing cold and stale, i was missing food from my order, gave no sauces or straws and when i called them to ask for the food missing to come they were very rude. will not be going again!!!!

DO NOT GO!! order from her multipul times giving chance after chance and everything keeps being wrong food being cold, not the right order, rude staff, not giving the full order just half. The amount of chances this place has gotten and it has just kept getting worse and its not worth any money!!

As always macdonalds derwen road was the pits cokd chips macflurry no ice cream in two too make one such a rip off staff hopeless cant be bothered just trough it together no last time im ever going there

Ordered my food, takeaway and when I got home, 3 minutes away, it was cold. Fries felt like they were out, open, for at least 15 minutes and the burgers were luke warm at the most. Very disappointed, I didn't even have to wait for my order as their was only one other person at the till area.

Have rated over 3 visits, as a frequent visitor to McDonald's in many locations, this has to be the worst, and it hasn't got a drive through to complicated matters, first visit there was a 20 minute wait, second visit all the ovens had tripped, 3rd visit 30 minute wait and wrong order, they just don't seem very efficient here compared to other sites, badly managed
My grandson just loved his chicken nuggets happy meal and nearly 2 years

This has to be the worst macdonalds I've ever been too, waited nearly 40 mins for food? No cold drinks, no mcflurrys, no sauce, to receive my food and the chips I ordered were still raw, safely say i won't be returning.

When I go to Mcdonalds I always get a Plain Hamburger and Chocolate Milkshake. They are both very nice but for some reason they are often out of chocolate milkshakes or Mcflurrys.

Food was okay but there is always a massive wait for food worst Mac Donald’s I’ve been to in north wales it’s not clean toilets are disgusting there’s always loads of rubbish outside and on the floor in the Mac Donald’s tables don’t get cleaned enough . I would avoid unless you have time to weight 20 to 40 minutes for your food and if your eating out . I wouldn’t sit in
