First time ordering from Roxys and never again!!!!! For starters all food was cold!!!! Garlic bread with cheese had no garlic and tasteless, donner wrap contained no more than 6 pieces of cold meat on a hard wrap, hallumi fries cold and greasy. And note to chef, throwing some onions and peppers on bbq ribs does NOT make them salt & pepper ribs!!!! All went in the bin, what a waste of money!!!!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTINGWorst takeaway I've ever had both managers are scammers food was barely cooked sauces were old and like jelly called them and spoke to the male manger and politely told him I was not happy with for food after spending £50 so he said I will send a driver with your refund 1 hour later the female driver turns up acusing me of eating the food what was unedible anyway and saying that her husband would never give a refund NEVER EAT HERE !!!!

Would not deliver to the lyons gate in robinhood . Even though it was paid for.Had to walk 10 mins up to the main reception ordered over an hour and was left waiting .Service was terrible driver drive past my gate to get to reception ....OK now to top it all off just eat said it was delivered at 20 past 1 standing at reception for 20 mins nothing they have been paid and when I rang no answer . Absolutely a joke don't bother I want my money back!!!!!

Our go to. Food is always fab! Best Chinese we have had. No grease, always fresh, portion sizes are massive and great value for money. We have never had a bad meal from here and it’s our first choice for a takeaway.

Was really looking forward to my meal, it took an hour and 45 minutes to arrive then the chips was definitely not fresh tasted like they’ve been there for days mud in my food rice not cooked properly definitely won’t be ordering again!
