We visited during their Oktoberfest event and was surprised by how over the top they were! An Oompah band and loads of decorations, even the staff were dressed up.Service was a little slow but this was due to the volume of customers, they had plenty on the bar but it took about 10 minutes to get a drink. A fantastic atmosphere, the ONLY thing is, the music doesn't need to be so loud. I love my music loud, but not to the extent that the speakers they use distort, the people near the stage must all be hard of hearing, we move to the back of the pub to try and enjoy whatever is on, but then you cannot really see the act.

Didn't eat so can't rate, but the Bodfor was a surprise, not a massive frontage but once inside the place keeps giving, very large inside, beer was great, lovely sun trap beer garden at the rear.
