Prior to the refurb it was a nice place to stop for a coffee or lunch, despite the astronomical prices ? But since the refurb it’s not a place to stop and enjoy your drink/snacks. It’s so cold and unwelcoming. It’s as noisy as a busy sports hall. And when the chairs get dragged along the floor the sound is unbearable. The update hasn’t improved anything. It’s only made it worse.

The most disgusting toilets I’ve ever seen. It doesn’t look like they have ever been cleaned. Sanitary rubbish on the window sill and dirty clothes left under the sink. Changed my mind about buying a drink after I saw this.

I have been coming here for years - both east and westbound. The staff are great and they know how to make coffee. Having just had the worst coffee I’ve ever had from Bangor Starbucks I feel the Kinmel staff need a shout out for their excellent service, clean cafe and reliably good coffee.

Had the misfortune to stop here on Tues 27th Sept for a comfort break. Toilets totally disgusting, extreme smell of urine and an accumulation of dirt that meant they hadn't been cleaned for a long, long time. The manager and area manager should be sacked forthwith for what is obviously a total dereliction of their jobs. Please do not go anywhere near this Starbucks, it will be a danger to your health.

Disgusting Toilets! Nice looking cafe on the North Wales expressway with usual Starbucks menu but OMG the toilets are disgusting. The smell is putrid and the facilities are absolutely filthy. Door handles and paintwork dirty. Sort your act out Starbucks!

The coffee was great. The place was packed after the jubilee weekend and they were short staffed so there was quite a wait. However, the staff that were there were lovely and really friendly and thanked everyone for their patience ?

Howard Schultz would be very proud of this Starbucks. Especially the big blond guy he did everything right and both baristas were very happy in their job. Thankyou for a good experience.

Love my Starbucks so drinks were spot on, could have done with a clean though hence only 4 stars but get it's hard during busy times, there was enough staff behind counter to spare someone to clean though

This is a good place to stop to break up the journey along the A55 and the quick access from the expressway is good, also love the pleasant location. The place itself is clean \\u0026 tidy, the food \\u0026 drink products high quality which associate with Starbucks, there are toilet facilities, plenty of car parking spaces and a pleasant atmosphere about the place. Only fault have is closes too early and not open evenings. Recommened to visit!
Stopped to get a cold drink. Bought some kind of lime flavoured ice drink, took it back to my car and promptly spilt it all over me and the passenger seat! Went back to get another drink and thankfully the staff didn't laugh at me!

We go to this Starbucks for a coffee every time we go home from our caravan in Wales. The main man (manager?) Is excellent and really knows how to make a great Oak milk coffee. Cheers!@

Harassed me an my family seen I was disabled an threatened my autistic daughter cos she dropped a ciggy but my son picked it up an put it in the bin tried to stop me from leaving , threatened her with a thousand pound fine I asked what for its picked up an thrown in the bin so go away , just there to scam ppl . Becarful , we use this everytime we go to Llandudno and never ever seen this , and I thought that these were supposed to work in 2's . So becarful anyone who's disabled seems there out to scare ppl an bully and harass..
