I have been coming here for years - both east and westbound. The staff are great and they know how to make coffee. Having just had the worst coffee I’ve ever had from Bangor Starbucks I feel the Kinmel staff need a shout out for their excellent service, clean cafe and reliably good coffee.
The coffee was great. The place was packed after the jubilee weekend and they were short staffed so there was quite a wait. However, the staff that were there were lovely and really friendly and thanked everyone for their patience ?

Prior to the refurb it was a nice place to stop for a coffee or lunch, despite the astronomical prices ? But since the refurb it’s not a place to stop and enjoy your drink/snacks. It’s so cold and unwelcoming. It’s as noisy as a busy sports hall. And when the chairs get dragged along the floor the sound is unbearable. The update hasn’t improved anything. It’s only made it worse.
