20th August 2023 approximately 1830, entered Subway to order some subs for us, there was no customers waiting, it was just our family, but when the 2 staff lady's working saw us they kept on whispering to each other and not wanting to serve us. The way they looked at us is like they have never seen Asian brown people before. All the Welsh people are so friendly and welcoming but these 2 staff are not. They continued whispering and ignoring us until we started walking out. So uncomfortable feeling that we didn't order and walked out with no food and went back to our hotel and ordered food from Uber Eats instead. Disgusted by their attitude towards us. Never again returning to this subway again.

Feel fortunate that my local subway is awesome! With amazing food everytime, well trained staff and friendly.Highly recommended.Also, if 'Dan' is working you're In for a treat! Fantastic member of staff!EDIT - 5 YEARS LATERCame the other day for the first time in about 3 years. What an absolute SHAMBLES this place has become! Footlong spicy Italian tastes absolutely awful! And surprisingly cold when it had just been toasted? final member of staff at the till was unpleasant, rude and even asking for napkins seemed a massive inconvenience for him! Shocking!!!

Spent 20 pound on just 2 sandwiches to get the completely wrong order tried ringing several numbers several times no answer and had to walk there to get right order, I when I got there there was no apology and nothing but attitude by the time we got our food (after paying delivery) and walking back home with it, it was disgusting.

I've been to many Subway stores and this store was by far the best I've been too. The staff was amazing, we asked them to change there gloves because of our allergies, and they went above and beyond. The whole team changed there gloves and cleaned everything down and I mean everything, the sides, oven handles and changed all knives before starting our order and I have never had that type of service from any other Store. 5? service all day long ?
