Typical pub food but done well. What really makes this place is the staff! Always happy and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble!

Really could not have done more to help us all.Again - fell into great company and had a really super night!I think I might be starting to enjoy this place!! :)

We came to watch the football which was advertised on your Website. We travelled 15 miles and when we arrived they wouldn't put the advertised match on. We were thoroughly disappointed and drove 15 miles back home again. Please keep your Website accurate. We also wasted our £1 parking fee. From very unhappy customers.

Booked a table - but on arrival shown to table - no further instructions given. People in next table explained we order at bar or using QR code. At the bar, ordered food - then told there were no mixed grills and it was a 45 minute wait for food. Ordered anyway and in fairness it took 45 minutes exactly. With the 30% discount and new menu, the food was very good value, but small portions as you may expect for the price. It was very busy for a Thursday evening and there was a nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Food was ok for price but I couldn’t say any more really.Parking: Pound to park and this is refunded at the bar. Car park was pretty badly flooded at the time but i appreciate the weather had been bad.
