Good food but not the best dining experience. I went for a sit down meal, it's a really cold day in December and we immediately noticed there was absolutely no heating on. We all sat down and eat with our winter coats on and were cold. The guy who served us was miserable, didn't ask us for drinks and was just a bit moody. The food however was really good and tasty and I could understand why there were so many people there for takeaway. The price was also really good tbf but I rather pay a bit more and sit in a warm restaurant. Would go back for takeaway but not dine in.

Ordered a take away for delivery at 8.30pm through the app. At 9.10 no sign of food and no communication. Rung to be told that firstly they had no record of our address for delivery, and secondly had no record of the name on the order. The person on the phone was very aggressive and shouting. I said that if the order hadn't arrived by 9.30 then not to bother as it would have been too late. Food turned up just after 9.30. Delivery driver accused the restaurant of lying . Part of the order was missing (peshwari naan) and what was delivered was tasteless. Would not recommend overall. No redeeming features.

Just had a takeaway from Bonophool. Excellent - meant our family get together was all the more enjoyable ! Delicious food and delivered to the door without any issues!! They willl definitely be our takeaway from now on ! ?

Delivery was fast... unfortunately that was the only good thing. Food was cold and extremely bland. Really no flavour to any dish ordered. Won't be returning.

Walked in and the gentleman was on his phone talking to his mates via his ear pobs and sat in the restaurant area, not ready to serve me or welcome me.The menu has a good offering but the food was not all that great.The chicken was tough and the rice was overcooked, making it soppy and not edible.The papadam I ordered must have been a day if not 2 days old, it was all soft and soggy, not crunchy at all.Won't buy again.....

Lovely, spicy and tasty food that arrived on time with excellent service. Will order again soon!

Bunch of Bangladeshis running indian Restaurants thinking they are it! Selling alcohol? Even during the holy month of Ramadhan? Absolute disgrace! I think they need to be reminded of the 1971 systematic campaign of genocidal rape that occurred in Bangladesh!
