On 24/02/24 I popped into your branch for the first time and ordered my meal. I was pushed for time but I was served immediately. My meal came and I went to sit down. The meal was hot and tasty. As I was leaving, a lovely young gentleman approached me and I was simply blown away by this young lad. His manners were impeccable. What an absolute credit to your company. And because of Rhys, I left wanting to return next time I am in Swansea. Keep being you Rhys. You clearly have been brought up to be a kind, caring young man and BK is reaping the rewards
