OMG the food was amazing and I loved it I had to wait like 10 minutes but it was worth it 100% recommend the staff were amazing and the owner was very kind and I was £1 short but he said it was fine. I should go to the place

I ordered 4 pizzas and one large chips for £33. The pizzas were 2 x 14 inch. 1 x 9 inch and 1 x 12 inch. I have ordered a good few times from this chippy and I think this is the worst takeaway I have had from Chippy4u. The pizzas were ok but not as good as they usually are. Service was very slow. Hopefully they improve on my next visit.

Very slow delivery. Food was Luke warm when we received... large portions of Chips but weren't fresh, they were stale and reheated. The nuggets and pies we ordered were squashed flat! Unfortunately this isn't the first time, but we've given these guys the benefit of the doubt a couple of times so that the other chippie on the seafront don't have a monopoly. The food has previously been warm or hot, but occasionally squashed and a slow delivery each time.

Half of the items we ordered were missing even though the guy read back our order and seemed to be checking the receipt as he collected up the items. Unfortunately we had already driven too far away to go back to rectify.

me and my sister come here about twice a month i’ve got to say they didn’t used to have the best atmosphere and looks but they have had a huge upgrade there’s more food choices, new workers and more. The workers are amazing they are ever so kind and lovely, me and my sister came here today lovely workers as always, we ordered our food. And they gave us free ice cream!!! they are amazing we were struggling to get out the door as our hands were full and the man came and opended the door for us!! I love this place and this is my go to place always!!Kid-friendliness: they are so kid friendly like free ice cream and free food.

The food is nice but the service is shocking. We asked for fish and chips, battered sausage and mushy peas. He didn’t give us the sausage and mushy peas and accused us of not asking for it when it was on the receipt. We paid for the mushy peas separately which was £1.40 and he was moody when we paid by card for that low of a price. He gave everything separately even tho we asked for the food to be together and instead we had the fish in separate paper, the chips separately and I got given 2 small sausages when I asked for a jumbo, which they clearly had as I seen them. They said to us they had no bags for our food but seen them give bags to other customers, including my friend who was with me. They choose who they gave bags too and they were quite rude and skimpy. New owners are needed in that shop or it will go down hill

if i could give this place 0 stars i would!!! went into the shop to grab something quick to eat as i was out in my car. when i entered the shop i was greeted by the man who i assume is the owner with a angry look on his face as if he was upset i was paying him for the service. when paying for the order he had an attitude which was extremely unpleasant. i ordered cheesy chips with garlic sauce. later then decided that i wanted to swap the minuscule pot of garlic sauce for only two sachets of ketchup! later when trying to enjoy my dinner. we found out that to save their own money, they fill the top of the tray with chips which is the shallower part of the tray! the food had a weird film over the top as if they had been sat out for hours. i was not impressed with this store and i will not be visiting again!!!!!

If I could rate this service as -5 I would, absolutely disgusting service, an hour and a half to get our food delivered, rang them once 50 mins after ordering to be told it will be 20 mins, went on deliveroo to cancel to them be told by the restaurant I can't cancel because the driver has just left the restaurant, 1 hour and 20 mins after ordering!!!! And one of my trays looking like it's been burnt to the bag!! Delivery driver wasn't the greatest either with a face like thunder giving it to me!!!! Absolutely will not be ordering from there again and will be sharing my experience

Chips were reheated in microwave in front of me and the man serving didn't wash hands after touching money to touch my burger and he wiped it with a cloth of the floor,on the hot plate that is used to cook the burger before continuing to then cook my food on.The standards are absolutely a joke here always problems this is the last straw.I really hope environmental health go here they would definitely shut it down.
