It had been a long day and needed food, and thankfully, I saw this Greggs. Got to say the food was piping hot and lush. Staff were polite and chatty thank you.

Usually busy here even at 7:30 in the morning and queues often made longer by people ordering breakfast rolls / baguettes. Food is nice and often fresh (when it's available). Definitely need more staff there to keep things moving quicker otherwise one of my few go to Greggs stores.
Feel I have to share the shocking customer received at this Greggs store this morning.Long queues with 3 staff members but 2 staff members doing telephone orders with delivery guy waiting.Then 3rd staff member, only one serving started filling up ovens got 3 mins so no one serving customer with 12 in the queue!Eventually served after 15 mins in the queue by a girl with shocking attitude.Asked for vegan sausage roll and a chicken bake.Gave me a pastie and asked if I wanted sause in my sausage roll!Repeated my order to her, she rolled her eyes at me and redid my order but said they had no vegan sausage rolls!I thought the vegan roll was Gregg’s best seller!Anyway worst customer service ever, girl is in the wrong job as doesn’t give good service.I will not visit this Greggs again but go to one nearby.I am by the way a loyal Greggs customer and it’s such a shame that this store offers such poor service and will give Greggs such a bad name.

I went to greggs yesterday and saw that there wasnt any mini fillet burgers on display, so i asked the cashier if she had any on and she replied with "No sir, the KFC is across the road". I tried explaining to her that i just want my mini fillet burger and have been searching all day but she wasnt listening. So i grabbed her by the scruff and pulled her over counter, screaming. "I WANT MY MINI FILLET BURGER" i had to give up in end and leave because she diddnt have any on
