I ordered burger meal. The chicken breast is still cold inside. And the staff missed a pack of chips. I wouldn't be here anymore. Staff is so rude. Food is disgusting.

Disheartening Experience with a Rude Manager at KFCI recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this KFC branch, and it pains me to have to share this review. It was not just a matter of poor service; it was a deeply unpleasant encounter with a manager who seemed to believe he could treat customers however he pleased.During my visit, I had the misfortune of crossing paths with a manager who displayed an astonishing lack of professionalism and respect. When I expressed my concerns about an issue with my order, he responded with condescension and rudeness. What was truly shocking, however, was when he brazenly declared that he could "talk to me any way he chooses" because he claimed to know the owner.This statement left me feeling disrespected, belittled, and utterly baffled. Regardless of personal connections, every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and consideration. No one should ever feel like their concerns are invalid or that they can be mistreated because of someone's alleged affiliations.I've always enjoyed the food at KFC, but the behavior of this particular manager has made me seriously reconsider whether I want to continue patronizing this establishment. It's disheartening to think that such an unpleasant experience could occur within a brand that I once held in high regard.I sincerely hope that KFC takes the appropriate steps to address this issue and provide additional training and guidance to their staff. No one should have to endure such disrespectful treatment, especially in a place that is meant to provide enjoyment and satisfaction.In conclusion, my recent encounter with a rude manager at KFC has left me with a sour taste in my mouth, not from the food, but from the treatment I received. I truly hope that KFC can rectify this situation to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar experiences in the future.

I have NEVER been spoken to like that by a manager, ever!!!!!! He will never accept his fault (missing food, wrong food items etc) and when you question him about it, he starts shouting, being aggressive and laughing in your face in front of other staff and customers. He made snarky comments about food being in the bag. I felt intimidated so didn’t check, and surprise, food items were missing once again. I called the store multiples times, no answer. This is clearly a reoccurring problem by looking at previous complaints, and also how I have personally seen him act to other customers in store. It is no wonder there is such a staff turn around as I can’t imagine what he’s like with them if he speaks in that manner to customers. I will never be stepping foot in this store again and will be telling everyone I know to do the same. KFC should be ashamed to have someone like him running one of their stores, franchise or not. If I could give this a 0 star I would - AVOID!!!!!!!
Best KF C in Wales and I've seen a few. Staff superb and can't get get enough in the bonus bucket for me. Fantastic every time I go there even when I've had a few in the Uplands Tav. Food is to die for never had a bad chicken there. Wife loves the gravy .... superb.

Very much disappointed with the customer service they provide. The manager and other staffs were so rude. So unhappy and this happened many times. When it comes to food also , fries are soaky. When i asked them to replace it with new one , they said that they can't do that. Worst experience ever.
