Ordered medium sirloin steak ,it came well done. Also both portions of chips were overcooked .waitress was very apologetic and deducted drinks prices from the bill. Although service was very good, unfortunately we will not be returning again.

Last serving was polite enough- no real enthusiasm or engagement but polite.Doughnuts are tiny and really flat. I had a box of 4 for £9 which certainly isn't cheap. Had a selection of 3 different types- thwy all tasted ok, very little filling and very sweet and artificial. I wouldn't buy Krispy Kreme again, especially when there's lots of other retailers selling better doughnuts.**was hoping to sit and grab and coffee but all the seating has been removed so didn't bother with a coffee so can't comment on the drinks.

Kyle was very nice. I had a free birthday donut ?I had a chocolate ? dreamcake for my birthday donut and a strawberry iced donut the yesterday both delicious 5 out of 5. The only problem is the lady yesterday said “have you ordered anything” and I said “I’m waiting for my friend, is that ok? I think she wanted me too go even though there were plenty of seats

During shopping in mall we grab a break for doughnuts and coffee. Get set of four and americano and oat late. Lady which serve us was really nice and even tough she was working alone make sure to get our drinks delivered to a table.

I purchased a coffee at 16:30 on a Saturday and was told I could not sit in the seating area as they were closing. I then asked what time are you closing and the vague answer was 17:00-17:30.Which is it ? and why mop the floor so early.

I just ordered from this store on Uber eats. In my order I was supposed to receive a VEGAN three pack which contains two vegan brownie bliss doughnuts and a caramel ring doughnut. Instead I received two chocolate custard doughnuts which I didn’t realise until after biting into one and tasting the custard filling instead of a chocolate filling. This is an incredibly dangerous mistake for the store to make especially with all the new allergen laws.
