Had a beautiful meal tonight for our anniversary! It was our first time at your restraunt. Both my husband and I had steaks which were cooked to perfection. Staff were so friendly and helpful couldn't do enough for you. We will definitely be returning thank you.

We arrived yesterday to celebrate my partner's birthday. Very friendly welcome as we arrived. After being seated our waitress arrived to take our drinks & food order. She was very helpful an nothing was too much for her. Very happy and bubbly waitress. We've been to many miller & carter restaurants but the service we received last night was by far the best service we have had in a any of there restaurants. 5 stars from me & my partner for WENDY. Will definitely be returning soon! Thank you Wendy for making it such a nice evening.

From the fabulous welcome to the plated food was a great experience.Only minus point was the lack of salad when my wife ordered salmon.Our waitress was made aware & fed back the info but the salmon was cooked beautifully.We would like to thank Gem & Ellie for looking after us all & will definitely be returning

We had an absolutely incredible meal served by Amy who was really friendly and not overbearing like some waitresses can be.The steak ? was cooked to perfection. I couldn't fault any part of the meal ?Cannot wait to come back

Our first time here this evening. We booked a reservation for 8.15 PM .We arrived a little early . The host (front of house ) met us at the entrance to take us up to our table . Our waiter for the evening was Izaac. He was a polite well spoken young lad . He catered for our every need . Nothing was too much trouble for him nore was it for other members of staff . We were there as a treat for our anniversary . The atmosphere was lush the one way system was well thought out . Especially with covid . Every thing was spotlessly clean and the food was absolutely delicious. Would we come back again hell yeah we would . First timers but not last timers . Keep up the good work guys . Ps Izaac deserves a raise ?

Steak was stunning that's where the 3 stars came from But sadly service andRest of food not great.I was given a half lettuce with the stump on it and sauce dropped all over it !!I did expect a higher standard of food..Expensive bill for just a steak to be edible sadly. Left rest of food

Lovely birthday meal which was made even better by our waitress WENDY, she delivered the best customer service we have received in years, nothing was too much trouble, her knowledge and recommendations of the menu was outstanding. Well done Wendy. Would definitely return.

Pub changing ownership the following week of visit, they had nothing on the menu apart from the carvery, which was to be frank piss poor! Shame as used to be a good pub with nice food on the regular menu as I would not normally submit to a 1970's carvery experience. Let's hope the. We chain that has bought the pub put it back to its former glory.

Generous size folding box provided and carton with lid for gravy. Your Choice of meat is served by staff then the rest of the box is filled by yourself with selection of veg of your own choice.. great!!
