The best pub in Swansea. Full of character, with log fires and plenty of different seating areas. The food is always good value and the staff are welcoming and friendly.

My partner and I come here often for a drink and to watch live music, whether it be at the front or toward the back. It's probably the nicest place on Wind Street, as the selection is good and the atmosphere is incredibly warm and authentic.Tried it out for Sunday lunch on Mother's Day and the food was nice, the staff were friendly and accommodating and couldn't fault where we were seated either! Also, the food was reasonably priced, particularly for Mother's Day, where a lot of other places would raise prices given the opportunity. I'd not been here for food before, so would certainly return for it again!

Me and wife were looking for somewhere nice to have lunch been here before for food with family parties, so we decided to try the food again.It was a disaster from the start, for starters i ordered soup and my wife ordered fish cake when they arrived they brought garlic mushrooms for my wife.Having explained she ordered fish cake the waiter went to check our order Having been corrected they finally delivered our original starters.When they dilevered our main meal they didn't even ask if we wanted any other condiments, the meal was incomplete we had to ask for vegetables, again the waiter went to check our order, leaving us to our meals while waiting.When they finally arrived the vegetables were cold and under cooked.I felt the staff were under so pressure they failed to deliver a good service and considering the prices the food was just average my wife was cold all the way through our visit.So overall it was a very disappointing experience to say the least !!!

I haven’t been here for years and years as I moved out of Swansea . Tried here today for Sunday lunch and wow it was amazing the food was really really good and at reasonable prices and all of us thoroughly enjoyed and the staff and service received was excellent so Thankyou to the 2 ladies and 1 young man that served us for making us feel so welcome. What I love about this place is has character and charm about it as it’s not one of the Generic chains hence why it’s been open for so many years .

Visited this place a couple of times. Liked it every time. The food is good, and the brownie that I took was stunning. I ordered a burger and some onion rings which were amazing, though I'm questioning as to how the onion rings were cooked. The onion rings that I took as a side were the best I ever had, the onion rings on my burger were greasy and soggy, so I don't know how they make the onion rings so that they're different in taste, but it's fine. 10/10, coming back, would definitely recommend.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options, some vegan options. You can even ask them for some dishes to make them vegan.

I booked the No Sign Wine Bar for a Works Christmas party for a group of 15 guests.It was my first time organising an event and the staff there made it as hassle and stress free as possible.. originally booked on line but was able to nip in and pay off the deposit and the standing balance amounts.The on line link they sent to pre order food was simple and user friendly. .On the day the majority of the table were there but staff were OK for us to wait on others to join which was great and much appreciated.The staff were swift with bringing out the food and in taking away rubbish (pulled crackers) and empty plates.Each person also had a place setting with their order which is great for large groups especially if you don't bring a print out with you.We had a friendly reminder that the table was needed back at 3pm and as we were finished eating picked up our belonging and made use of the smoking area.The food was beautiful and great value for money.It has been the best Christmas meal, so I am told that we have managed to organise.So again I'd like to say thank you for that and thank you for all the hard work put in on the day. It seemed like a well organised and well oiled machine.Would definitely book again and a few of the party had never been before and would love to come back in their own time.I've always enjoyed visiting. It's always welcoming friendly and cosy especially with the fire down at the bar.
