“Would like to thank the two ladies who served me today.First off..Blonde lady making sandwiches (4pm...ish)When I asked her to change gloves to make my food (don't want pork contamination) she without question, remark, or second glance said yeah of course and did so...with a smile.I feel I must commend this customer service as I have actually had other subway staff (Llanelli, uplands) literally ask me why, argue that they're gloves aren't dirty, or flat out refuse!Other blonde lady on tills... prepping and packing takeaway items... , for taking the time to take my money and serve me WHILE packing the food for others takeaways. Nice to see people able to multitask efficiently and not act (like so many others do) as though the takeaways orders come first so I should wait. She put neither me nor the takeaway order first. We were both treated same because she could multitask. Again... Doesn't seem a lot to ask for, but in this day and age it honestly is far and few between. Too many establishments just wasn't your money and offer no customer service.It may only have been a sandwich, drink and crisps, hardly the ritz I know. But so often these interactions can make or break your day. Nice to see two people efficient and happy to serve.Thank you girls :)”

“Vegetarian options: You can choose to have a veggie delight, no meat, and salad/vegetables of your choice. Plenty of vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan cheese, as well as the fact that you can choose the ingredients for your sandwich, so you can avoid ingredients that you cannot eat. I don't know whether there is gluten free bread for celiacs, it's not something I'd need to check for.”
