Came this evening for some food with my partner. When we arrived we were told off like naughty school kids (im 34) for coming into the premises as there was too many people inside. Apparently they only allow 2 people at a time, which is fair enough, but there is no sign outside the window stating this. Only signs they had was you have to wear a face mask, and stay 2 meters apart. Nothing about there only being 2 people inside at any one time.Anyway when we were aloud in, I told my partner to order food as there was no point us both being in there at once, so I stayed by the door way. My partner ordered my 8 chicken nuggets and chips with cheese. The lady packed our food into a bag, and we walked back to our car to eat it. Soon as I opened the bag, I noticed they hadn't put cheese on my nuggets and chips. Not happy. I waited outside for nearly 20 minutes for this. I use to come here all the time, but we won't be back! Place has clearly gone down hill, and the older woman needs to learn some basic manors!

Went here for food tonight got served my a man with a beard with zero manors while serving me he was chewing food in my face while bossing a girl around this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this only have this experience when this guy is working when other guy is there he’s very polite and chatty believe he’s the owners son won’t be going back there again

Served me cold kebab on first visit after having only been in the area for a sort time already...shocked and appalled...what heinous crimes
The food is absolutely delicious can’t fault it one bit. The chicken is unbeatable nothing like it crispy on the outside soft and juicy on the inside, kebabs are always hot and the meat is great would definitely recommend getting food from there staff service is also lovely.
