Staff are super rude and patronising, calm down guys you're making sandwiches. No wonder it was so empty in there. Genuinely the worst tasting subway and service I ever had. Nothing warm friendly or tasty about that

Walked into the Swansea Union Street branch, to have the option of Gluten Free is so vital for me, so enjoyed my Chicken Caesar Salad 6" Roll with a Latte Coffee, also being handed an Allergens Leaflet to keep personally, which is so useful. I travel for work quite a lot, so this Leaflet will be kept for future use ???Dietary restrictions: Having Gluten Free options at Subway is excellent for myself and many others with this allergy. ???

If I could give half a star I would have!!!!!The lady that served me clearly didn't want to be there by her attitude!!! The service was poor very sloppy and very disappointed with the stale Italian bread which was stale!!!!!!!
Thanks to the guy that served my wife yesterday and didn’t change his gloves once whilst preparing food. I have had food poisoning all day affecting my work. We have informed environmental health about this so expect a visit. The food is sloppy and thrown together never mind the cross contamination that the staff should be aware of and trained for. DISGUSTING ?Vegetarian options: Used the same gloves while preparing a steak sandwich and also a vegetarian sandwich without changing gloves or washing hands.

Absolutely delicious and fresh food, great value for money, friendly staff, fast service. Went back 3 times during 2-day stay in Swansea. Will certainly go back if visiting Swansea again.

I am a subway fan went to this subway when I was in the area with my family there was five of us had a big order staff was friendly helpful and organized and recommend ways I could use my points and answered my questions. Would go again.My only moan was the bread only 3 choices available at the time of my visit . 2nd April .
