Subways are not great at best but this subway is possibly the worst. Everything about it is bad, I don't know if the server was deaf or just being difficult and I don't think hygiene is a thing there. The chicken in the sandwich was like rubber so it was just put in the bin, not even my dog wanted it and that's saying something.

Every time I’ve ordered through Uber eats for Morriston subway it’s been a disaster, they put hardly any meat, they don’t follow instructions like if you want it toasted, they put the wrong cheeses and if you add peppercorn for seasoning it will end up coming with red peppers.I’ve had so many issues with this 1 subway that when I try to sort the issue out through Uber eats it’s like getting blood from a stone because of the amount of issues I’ve had. It’s got to the point they message me saying they won’t refund me due to how many refund I’ve had… Uber eats must think I just want free food, but what I really want is what I’ve paid for.I would highly recommend only going in store they will under give on sandwich meat portions and quality if you order online.

All the servers, about 4, were working on online orders and completely ignored the building queue, every once in a while another server would appear, chat with the other staff and wander off, took far too long to make my sandwich which was sloppily made and disappointing. I won't be back.

Fantastic service as always from the guys in Morriston Subway. They are alway really friendly and helpful no matter whether they are really busy or super quiet- you alway get a smile. Only reason for 4 not 5 stars was that there were a few items missing from their menu due to stock shortages.
