Amazing food with amazing service. A polite young man named Theo made my food and I was very pleased. He seemed like a hardworking young man that enjoys his job. look at these young faces I feel very gratified, I am happy with our young generation. ??????

Lovely food but getting expensive

Unfortunately a horrendous experience regarding the manager here. We as a work group often have subways and make use of the nhs discount. However we had food today with a large order and the discount wasn’t applied correctly. We phoned and spoke to a lovely person who served us and apologised but said she couldn’t do anything until her manager arrived. We phoned back when the manager was in and recieved a huge amount of abuse. He shouted and complained that it’s not a god given right to receive discount and that it comes out of his pocket etc. We totally understand that the discount is a bonus and we just wanted to raise the issue that it hasn’t been added. We did not expect the aggression and rudeness from the manager. Unfortunately staff will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a meal for our family. Wrong sauce was put into my sub( a sauce I am actually mildly allergic to). When I contacted the store, i spoke to a girl who sounded the same age as my 12 year old daughter. When I asked what can be done about it as I now have nothing to eat, she told me that her manager had gone home and she doesn't know what to do. She went on the say they've been really busy which I can totally understand but when you have someone on the end of the phone who has no idea how to deal with complaints, you start to question whether staff have been trained properly. She was so unsure of what was going on, she actually told me that she could ring her sister when I asked her why there's no supervisor there over seeing the staff ??‍♀️ I won't be purchasing from here again. Constant mess ups in the past and this is the final straw. Unless you want a child who has no idea what they are doing, I would avoid this place like the plague.

I don’t even know where to begin. A week ago we ordered food through Deliveroo. I found GLASS in my food. And the quality of the “pig in blankets” genuinely looked like something I pick up after my dog has done her business. Phoned straight away as I was horrified that I had chewed on glass and there were shards over the top of the sandwich. A manager came straight out. I had put the glass shards in a clippy tub and the sandwich in a zip lock bag so there was no denying it! I also took photos of everything which I will attach. I asked for a refund which they didn’t give me; said I had to go through Deliveroo, which has been a nightmare; so I have given up. Fast forward a week later and I haven’t heard a thing from subway and I haven’t had a refund. Absolutely disgusting. I have contacted the local food area of the council too. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade.
