You all were so kind. We were 99% Caribbean and so, I don't want to critique to hard on the food or the fact you had no Caribbean people working their. What I do want to say was your fried plantain, fries and jerk chicken was amazing. I don't eat spicy food, but the group I went with complimented it so much, I smiled. I had the salmon the first time, the quarter chicken the second time, and the half chicken the third time (I needed breakfast the next day.)Please get simeone to help y'all with the roti, though and larger portions for the sides except for the plantain. Well, mostly the rice and peas.
