British Restaurants in Tenby

“A little gem tucked away on a side street in Tenby.Great food, which is reasonably priced compared to most restaurants in the town. They also have a varied menu that'll please any preference.Lovely atmosphere and friendly service make this a great place for a meal. We'll worth seeking out.”

“The food was really good and the service was very attentive. We went for 7pm and it was half term which meant plenty of children making a lot of noise. Would definitely recommend The Bay Tree but maybe not in school holidays if you like it more ”

“We were delighted by our meal at The Stables. They have some interesting well priced wines, the menu is varied and enticing. The spicy crab in its shell was delicious as was the smoked salmon for starters and the lemon sole and hake mains even better! Service was friendly and well paced. Altogether highly recommended.”

“Found this hidden gem down a little side street and had a delicious Sunday lunch. About £17 per person for more food than we could manage to eat; I recommend both the roast lamb and beef options. Both came with large Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and a large variety of vegetables.Definitely recommend it”

“Can't understand some of the reviews. The staff were friendly enough we were ask to take a table, the seaview tables were all taken we had seated ourselves but a table became available but we were happy where we were. The meal was served reasonably quickly and was well cooked and presented maybe a little expensive but it was good honest fare.If you want something like the Savoy go there otherwise see these seaside establishments for what they are good honest more often than not family run businesses use them or lose them simple as”

“We visited on a cold and dreary Tuesday evening, so they were very quiet. We couldn't fault the place. Lovely friendly attentive servers, an older lady and a young man. They were both superb at their jobs.We only ordered main courses, but that was all we needed.Food was served hot (salad excluded!) and was excellent. We really couldn't fault it.Lazy Cow BurgerGoats Cheese SaladVegan LinguiniButterfly ChickenAll were very tasty indeed.Wine list was good. Our only wish, put a local beer on tap. Cask or keg. There's plenty about.”

“Used for breakfast and dinner during our stay this year as well as multiple stays in the past.Food is good, this year was a helping offering kids eat for £1 - huge help thank you!Service mainly was really friendly and personable however one or two staff members need to remember they are supposed to at least pretend we aren't an inconvenience to their social lives by being there. One gentleman inparticular was fabulous, happy kind and friendly. Recommended some local places to visit too!Atmosphere is nice when it's not busy. When busy it can be difficult to hold a conversation and our meal was made difficult by some other children running round and around our table screaming at each other, upsetting dog at far end of restaurant starting barking. I know it's a family place, we were there as a family but others forget that too?”
