We have just been to the cove for tea. My husband had the Seasoned Paprika and Mint Welsh Lamb Rump and I had the chicken tikka flatbread. Food was outstanding. Really enjoyed it. Staff are great and it’s a nice friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be going back there’s lots on the menu that we would like to try.

The Galley Restaurant

Stayed for 2 nights at the Belgrave with a group of 30 ladies on a half board basis - there were no complaints from any of our group. The welcome from Max, the owner, was warm and humorous and we really appreciated having our bags carried to our rooms (luggage labels had been sent in advance). The rooms varied in size and not everyone had a great view (some did however) but they were all clean and comfortable. The restaurant and other public areas have been recently and attractively renovated and were very comfortable - we were able to take over one area on the Saturday evening. The food was a revelation - 3 choices for each course - all tasty, hot and generous portions. Breakfast was also good. The renovations haven't yet reached the bedrooms (get rid of the carpet in the bathrooms asap please!), the single lift only goes to midway between floors (the layout of the building probably makes this impossible to change) and some yoghurt and fruit at breakfast would be welcomed but we would not hesitate to recommend the Belgrave for a group such as ours.

I can not recommend this place enough. It was honestly the best tasting restaurant I've ever been to. Me and my partner don't eat out often as we feel let down my most places, but I would drive the 2hour journey just to eat here again. The flavours were outstanding and fhe portion sizes were great and did not leave you feeling hungry. Me, my partner and 2 children all had a different meal and each one was phenomenal. Thank you On George for your brilliant service and excellent food. We will be back

The Bay Of Bengal

I visited Bay of Bengal in Tenby last weekend with my husband, and we had such a lovely experience. We were kindly offered a sea-view table, but as it was quite chilly outside, we chose to sit indoors instead. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made us feel very welcome — their hospitality really stood out.\nThe food was absolutely delicious! I had the Chicken Jalfrezi, which was full of flavour and perfectly complemented by a beautifully soft garlic naan. My husband chose the Lamb Balti with rice and thoroughly enjoyed every bite.\nOverall, a fantastic meal with excellent service. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit to Tenby!

Oldest pub in Tenby! Surf and turf is next level. My fiancé wanted to travel there for this meal for her birthday, so we did 3 nights in Tenby instead. We ate here for 2 of the nights. Enjoy everyone like we have on several occasions over the years; we will definitely be back.

Came here as it was the highest rated cafe in the town- it did not disappoint! Sausage roll and mocha were excellent; coffee is really high quality. Barista very friendly and board games at tables make this a great place to seek refuge from the wind!

Dog friendly cafe with a good range of reasonably-priced food. I had a sausage sandwich which was very tasty and the dog had a sausage off the dog menu which my wife confirmed was equally tasty. They offer cooked breakfast until midday, or a vegan option, plus any other time are sandwiches, bagels, and a good selection of cake. The latte I had was great, and my wife really enjoyed her Welsh rarebit with onion marmalade. They also have a selection of alcohol to warm you up. The service was fast and friendly. The only downside for them is limited seating inside, maybe 7-8 tables. There are some extra tables outside but we went during heavy rain so no one, understandably, was out there. I’d recommend a visit.

Take away only. Great bread and cakes. They have tiny mini version a few doors up but in all honesty it’s too small with only a few seats. Would be better off losing this one and opening one with more seating elsewhere in Tenby. If I was sat inside I’m sure I would spend more as the food was very good

Joe’s Diner

North Walk, Tenby

We visited Joe’s Diner in Tenby on Sunday 29 June. It’s right on the seafront with bar stool seating that looks out over the beach and ocean, which made it a great place to stop for ice cream on a hot afternoon.

There was a good choice of flavours. I went for Biscoff and strawberry cheesecake in a double waffle cone. What I managed to eat was delicious. I was even hoping to find some chocolate at the bottom of the cone, but I’ll never know. A seagull swooped down and stole the whole thing straight out of my hand. So if you take your ice cream onto the beach, keep a close eye on it.

The diner was clean and the service was friendly. The guy behind the counter was good with kids and kept things moving without rushing anyone. For a warm Sunday afternoon, it was not too busy at all.

A lovely little spot for a treat. Just watch out for the locals with wings.

Looking for a tasty lunch in Tenby? Go here. Amazing baguettes that were so reasonably priced considering they were made to order and full of the ingredients. It was a cold day, but the hot pork, stuffing and apple sauce baguettes and bacon, brie and cranberry sauce were absolutely delicious. It was a bonus that our little dog was allowed in too. Staff were really welcoming and friendly as well. Thank you so much, we'll be back!

Absolutely stunning hotel! This room was booked as a surprise for my 30th and it was so lovely! everything was immaculately clean, very comfy and all the staff were very warm and welcoming.

The only down side I would say was my partner asked for prosecco to be in the room, waiting as a surprise as I entered, he had to go downstairs to ask, he wasn't really happy about this.

Also the cooked breakfast wasn't really nice, everything was cheap which is a disappointment as you're so close to such amazing Welsh produce! I would suggest going elsewhere if you like a breakfast.

Other than that it was a lovely stay and outstanding views

The food is very good here. Beautifully prepared and presented, with generous portions. Don't miss this restaurant, it has a lovely atmosphere too. No dress code, although we went smartish casual. It was nice to be able to hold a conversation as a chilled environment too. Recommend pre booking for dinner.
