The venue is excellent for the town centre. The staff are all fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Best Premier breakfast ever - and I have stayed in a lot of Premiers!Noteworthy details: Staff are excellent.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, and a great restaurant, especially the breakfast.Rooms: Very well appointed room, very tidy.Walkability: Immaculately located right by the beach, and right opposite Upper Frog street's entrance.Food & drinks: Fantastic breakfast. The same as you'd get in a Beefeater. Unbelievable value.

We stayed for two nights the room was very clean and tidy, The breakfasts were excellent and plenty of it and the staff couldn't do enough for us, The location was excellent too very close to all shops and pubs will be going back in the New Year.

Staff were pleasant and helpful will be definitely going back agaibFood & drinks: We had the breakfast included in our stay, which was a lovely selection and choice of what we are which was great for the children as well as us adults. Staff were friendly and attentive
Great location, nice staff, and good quality breakfast. Was told to park in the railway carpark, as it's much cheaper than the one behind the hotel. £4.35 a day if you pay by phone. Bit of a trek with cases if you have mobility problems.

The rooms are comfortable and adequate and the breakfast just ok. (Coffee absolutely awful). The real issue I have is the Wi-Fi. Every B&B and local pub offers free Wi-Fi these days, but Premiere (What a misnomer that is) Inns offer a free service that is throttled so much that it’s unusable before a pop-up appears offering premium Wi-Fi for a fiver. Scandalous profiteering.

Trying to charge £10 to book in at 2.45 pm is a bit pedantic. I could understand if I had rolled up at midday but standing around for 10 mins for computer to say yes seemed daft. Not the staffs fault. At least give your guys the power of discretion.

Good Premier Inn - excellent location which is within seconds of the from in Tenby Harbour No parking but the local authority long stay car park is 5 minutes away and is fairly reasonably priced. Only problem being the only area which takes card payments is on the top floor otherwise you need lots of coins. There is little mobile reception so you cannot even pay online unless you go to the top floor Hotel is clean, spacious, has air conditioning and the staff are very friendly Only issue was we were in a Premium Plus room and there were no decaf Nespresso capsules And none available in reception. A bit surprising but I suppose a minor point

This is an incredibly well situated hotel. Literally a three minute walk and you are at Tenby North Beach.Staff were very friendly and helpful.The location is the main thing here and even with no on site car parking there is a multi story which was £30 for a week a ten minute walk away.
