I've been here 3 times in last two weeks, every time ordered exactly same thing and every time got charged more and more!! For same takeaway coffee i paid £3.50 one week, next week £4 and NEXT DAY £4.50! Are you kidding me?! Different member of staff = different prices, is it? Please train your staff better ok?! Thanks.

Came in to order a coffee and was met with 3 people behind the till talking amongst themselves. They saw me standing there waiting to order and continued to talk for another minute before acknowledging me.No wonder the place was empty with such great customer service....

The food was exceptional! I had the welsh breakfast on sourdough (cockles included!), we sat on a lovely table next to the window overlooking the beach, the service was great. This is certainly a full 5/5- highly recommend.

In fairness it is a great location, right on the beach.Found the staff to have entitled and poor attitude sadly, found to be not very polite or helpful in manner and didn't seem very happy.Food was average at best.Wished I would have swapped the nice view with spending my money somewhere else where the staff are actually interested in serving their paying customers with a little thanks and/or a smile.

Dennis cafe is in a stunning location. The menu is variedAnd sourced locally. Idea place for a flat white and breakfast

Fantastic location on the beach with nice views. The cafe has a wide choice of merchandise aimed at the beach trade and no doubt is very successful.The cafe itself is fine but it does need a little investment, mini refurb.But we like the coffee and in general the staff are quite friendly.

If you ever want to know the impact an amazing location can have the quality of customer service, then this is the place for you.The location is undeniably amazing and they have upgraded the inside a little in recent years. Plus the food and drink are decent and reasonable. But...oh my, the staff make you feel like you've inconvenienced them beyond belief, in a decade of use they've never said hello, they tut if you dare order anything beyond a cup of tea and they don't know what a smile is or what the word thank you is used for.They don't appear to want your money, they'd rather have an easy life, so give them what they want and take your money elsewhere is my view.

Great location however no breakfast on a Monday morning due to supply issues.. very disappointed.If we were early I could understand but late morning, 11am, plenty could have been done.

Stopped here this afternoon for much needed cake stop with two young kids and husband. Very pleased with full size pot of tea and all the cakes we tried were delicious and generous portions. Tenby lacks good cafes but this is a great one.
