lovely people. nice food. smoothie of the day was amazing. only issue is that it came with a plastic straw.

Lovely people but the food was awful. Full English was microwaved, the cheapest ingredients possible. Scrambled egg was like rubber, bacon was slimey, clearly not cooked fresh. Coffee was bitter as hell, tasted like the beans were old and stale. I couldn't eat it, I genuinely thought I would be ill if I finished it. The cakes looked nice so if you do go here maybe go for that and a cup of tea.

Looking for a cafe/restaurant that does gf food isn't always easy.. I checked the menu of this very popular restaurant to see if they did gf food and they did, which was great. After eating here I can see why they are so busy. Staff were all friendly... just a short wait for our food to arrive - Perfectly poached eggs and gf toast too with great coffee and fresh orange juice. Would definitely go back if we come to Tenby again.

Was quite busy when we turned up, but luckily managed to get the last table. Not much of a menu, but they do have a specials menu and additional cakes etc at the till.Staff were really friendly and helpful. The drinks and cakes that we did have were nice as well. Definitely recommend.

Nice smiley welcoming staff. However very weak coffee, might as well had a cup of hot milky water.

So good we went back twice. Everything we had had quality to it and appeared to be ‘home made’. As a fussy coffee drinker the espresso was perfect. Not over roasted like you would find in a lot of coffee shops. The kids menu was perfect with home made hummus and healthy snacks. And of course having gluten free stuff saved the day for me. The queuing system worked perfectly as you were takin to your seat and therefor not forgotten about. All the staff on both occasions were friendly and chatty. They made my family happy and that’s the best thing they could do.

Perfect for a light bite with a coffee or hot chocolate. Portion sizes are not the largest so is idea for those looking for light lunch or snack. The baked camenbert is lovely!Kid-friendliness: Interacted well with our 2 and 3 year old. The food portions were great for them and very reasonable prices.

I was very disappointed. We visited hoping for a nice scone and tea. Firstly we were held by a barrier even though the cafe was empty. We were given one menu between 4 and asked to order at the counter. My friends ordered £20 worth of food and drink, I bought slightly less but asked for a glass of tap water. I take medication and also struggle with fizzy drinks and did not want a hot drink. I was surprised to be charged for water and quired this. I was told politely by the lady at the till, sorry that's our policy. Fast forward to me talking privately to my friends that I thought it was disgusting, I was disappointed and wasn't sure they could charge for water! An older lady, was very rude and stated they could, it wasnt illegal and jumped straight to you can have a refund for both orders and leave!!!!! (Its not illegal as they dont sell alvohol)Honestly very abrupt and rude lady. Her customer service is very poor.On top of this, the pork sandwich arrived 20 mins after the other food which had been eaten. The young waitress apologised and we said no problem. A refill of drinks may have been a good move. This is a cafe to avoid, we have been to much nicer ones were the staff are happy and helpful.

Older lady when serving the food was surly and rude. Obviously in the wrong job as she spoiled the whole experience. Tables not clean, crumbs everywhere. Don't go.

Not sure what this coffee shop is all about. Definitely trying to be a posh coffee shop. Upon entering there is a queuing system with a rope chain going across as though you are waiting for a table in the ritz. Then you're shown to a seat (1 of a handful of tables) with a fresh cut rose in a vase. You go up to the till to order your drink.... 1 x cappuccino and 1 x hot chocolate. As its a COFFEE SHOP, we had high hopes but the cappuccino was the worst one ever tasted as it just tasted like warm milk - Weakest coffee ever had, not even convinced any coffee was in the cup! Now you can see what I mean about my review title. Going by the way it looks you have high expectations but if you like your coffee, I would avoid else you'd be disappointed.

Had lunch here last week on a visit to Tenby, wish we'd read the reviews first! After waiting at the "nightclub" rope we were seated by someone who looked liked she'd rather be anywhere else. I went to the counter to order and after spending over £18 I asked for a small glass/cup of water as an afterthought as I needed to take some medication. That'll be another 10p I was told. I could understand if I'd just walked in off the street and charged but not when I'd already spent that amount, really cheeky! Anyway the food eventually arrived, the welsh rarebit was just some stewed leeks on a piece of toast with a cheesy sauce on top - Mr W ate it cos he was hungry but described it as "meh" as was his coffee. I'd gone for the cheese scone and although it was a good size and freshly microwaved it was the weirdest thing I'd ever eaten, well I didn't actually as I left most of it. Overwhelmingly sweet with a cakey texture, laden with poppy seeds and could barely taste any cheese . It was accompanied by a tomato chutney whish tasted ok but did nothing to enhance or mask the taste of the scone. There is only one toilet for everyone to use and the floor was very wet (!) This place obviously relies on passing tourist trade (of which there is a lot as Tenby is a very nice place to visit) and doesn't care that they won't get repeat business.
