Have not been to Pizza Hut in a long while so treated the kids to food out… told to scan the QR code and order food online… what’s wrong with face 2 face service nowadays! Pizzas came which was dripping with grease, staff were not very chatty or welcoming, when leaving we asked for the leftovers and pudding to be boxed up and was told to pack it up ourselves! Did not believe us when I said we had ordered three puddings as they only brought one, I was asked to prove it with my order acknowledgment!! No organisation and did not have an apology for making me feel that I was lying. Will never attend this place again, such a shame!

Food was ok. My 9 year old son loved it, make of that what you will. Salad bar is pitiful, just a gimmick to buy overpriced pizza. Worst thing about it is the lack of human interaction...they point you to a table and a barcode, where we then have to do the work for them....opted to have order taken by a human...to be told you have to pay up front, wasn't intending to do a runner but does kill the customer first element of eating out....£40+ for 9" and 11" pizza and 2 drinks...can think of better ways to dine out for that and with a personal touch too. Thanks for killing the experience Pizza Hut

From order to collection.. super fast! Staying in Wrexham, the Pizza hut was a 5 min walk from the Premier Inn, ordered on line, pizza was ready on the estimate time.. about 20min. Staff really friendly. Handy car park on the one way system. They were also super busy as Wrexham FC were playing home, and they still managed to prepare food on time. Thank you ❤️

We we’re staying local so thought that we would try Pizza Hut. When we arrived they had run out of loads of things. So we’re turning people away. After finally getting seated, you could see the whole place was a mess. Tables piled up with plates and glasses. We had to order through the app, which isn’t the best. It didn’t take long for the food to arrive and it was ok, but we didn’t see any staff after that. Nobody’s came to ask how everything is or if we needed anything else. I had to get up and ask for them for our desserts. Which took an age to come.I think Pizza Hut need to much sure that staff actually take care of their customers more instead of just leaving them.

Great pizza (spicy veg) and the bottomless salad. Service isn’t great only because you’re expected to order in your phone (still need to go up and get your own drinks, and collect your salad so you may as well just collect your own food to when called? Pointless having wait staff of all they do is bring you one or two things from the kitchen. Pretty much self service!

The food was good, it can be a hit and miss though first time I went for the buffet, the pizzas wasn't cut up properly and they took ages to get out which can be awkward at a buffet.Although the second time I visited this problem didn't occur.Both times the pizza was hot and the cutlery and glassware was clean.
Poor quality food and even worse customer service the lady manager who should be leading by example was too lazy to walk over to check the takeaway orders and wasn't very friendly or welcoming to the customers who where picking up the food she didn't have a clue who's food was who's.if this is how the front of house of pizza hut is run you can only imagine how behind the scenes it's run.i wouldn't recommend this pizza hut.??????????

Great food and service, this was an enjoyable meal and I will be visiting again in the future. The food was brought out to us fast and with a salad bar featuring a range of food it's great for an addition to the pizza.

Food was mediocre when me and my family came in, but heard a waitress who I think was called Lauren call the other members of staff a “m*ng” and “r*tard” which is a horrible way to treat other members of staff and should be investigated.
