We we’re staying local so thought that we would try Pizza Hut. When we arrived they had run out of loads of things. So we’re turning people away. After finally getting seated, you could see the whole place was a mess. Tables piled up with plates and glasses. We had to order through the app, which isn’t the best. It didn’t take long for the food to arrive and it was ok, but we didn’t see any staff after that. Nobody’s came to ask how everything is or if we needed anything...read full review
Great pizza (spicy veg) and the bottomless salad. Service isn’t great only because you’re expected to order in your phone (still need to go up and get your own drinks, and collect your salad so you may as well just collect your own food to when called? Pointless having wait staff of all they do is bring you one or two things from the kitchen. Pretty much self service!

From order to collection.. super fast! Staying in Wrexham, the Pizza hut was a 5 min walk from the Premier Inn, ordered on line, pizza was ready on the estimate time.. about 20min. Staff really friendly. Handy car park on the one way system. They were also super busy as Wrexham FC were playing home, and they still managed to prepare food on time. Thank you ❤️
