Popped in for a cuppa whilst visiting Alcester. The staff were very friendly and able to find me a seat and I ordered a pot of tea (wide choice of tea)and a slice of the delicious cake ( it was very hard to choose as the selection is extensive) . Excellent service, staff are very helpful. Next time I'm in the area I will be visiting again. Highly recommended.

Barely warm hot chocolate Disgusting tea Rude serving staff reminded of the checkout at Aldi nearly had to catch the drinks Plenty of competition on the high st and better and cheaper with better service. Walked out awful

Dropped in for a morning drink. Friendly welcome. The place is full of old pottery which creates for a lovely setting. The cakes are delicious, as are the sandwiches. Worth returning to.

Orange Mabel is a delightful cafe, restaurant. Full of gorgeous odd crockery, decor is brilliant. You are well looked after, well fed and the cakes are to die for. Would recommend to family and friends. Will definitely be back.

In impressive surroundings full of flowers Orangemabel serves great coffee and hot chocolate (with marshmallows and cream obviously!). The cake and pancakes we ordered were really good with the collection of cakes impressive. The Raspberry cake was particularly good. We had friendly service in a busy but relaxed atmosphere.

Went as a group of four for lunch, food over cooked, fish finger sandwich was shop bought fish fingers and one piece of cake was stale which we asked to change. Expensive for what it is and waiting staff need more training as had to ask for lunch plates to be cleared before cakes put down. So much potential as nice surroundings . .

This quaint and quirky cafe has an added wow factor. Out back is a spacious garden, with a collection of themed beach huts. The menu offers good choices and reasonable prices. We both opted for the Philly Beef toasted sandwich; simply delicious. The beach huts are cosy and have the added advantage of offering some privacy. Not always easy in a cafe/restaurant. Strongly recommend.

Stumbled across this cafe when we were travelling to Birmingham and needed a food stop. Excellent location and service. Husband had full English and quality and quantity was very good. I had Brie and cranberry sandwich which I thoroughly enjoyed. A definite recommendation from us

We visited today with my wife's father as a 91st birthday treat. We had booked one of their themed beach huts in the back garden. The weather turned against us slightly, raining when we arrived but as we were inside our beach hut it felt really cosy. The service was friendly as always and the food was great. My wife and myself had afternoon tea and my father in law had a jacket potato with cheese and beans. Would definitely recommend the whole experience of booking a beach hut.

I had a choice of two cafes for breakfast I chose this one. The greeting I had at the door was lukewarm, I was not asked where I would like to sit….nor even ‘please follow me’. I had to wait 30 mins for my breakfast (which is ok not a problem) to find overdone bacon and sausages. I was not asked if I wanted sauces…..they were kept elsewhere. No one checked to see how my meal was. I’m sure the replies will be, ‘oh but we were busy’ but most of the above were carried out on other tables! Poor training methinks.

Excellent vegetarian options. Highly recommend Mushroom Melt. Garden seating area a delight. Staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Fabulous selection of cakes and other food in an eclectic mix of items.. tables in the garden and on the pavement . Very friendly and helpful staff. Usually parking available on the street. Alcester is a pretty town with lots of Tudor buildings . Flower displays in summer are a delight.

This is a lovely cafe with delicious food and extremely pleasant staff. We sat outside in the pretty garden eating very tasty sandwiches and an incredible chocolate cake. This was our second visit to Alcester and we particularly wanted to have lunch at OrangeMabel as it had made such a good impression on us when we here last year. Highly recommended.
