Lovely little cafe at the top of Alcester High Street. Quick service - food piping hot and minor change allowed to my dish. Woul recommend for the English and Vegetarian breakfasts and great quality earl grey tea. Staff very attentive

Nice coffee shop. Very friendly staff, good coffee and nice scrambled eggs and bacon. My only gripe would be serving breakfast on a cold plate. Probably a one off. Other than that, very nice.

Enjoyed beautiful garlic mushroom soup with thick granary toast. My coeliac husband had a brilliant choice of gluten free options, both savoury & sweet.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Not the best of dining experiences. We have visited a number of times in recent years. Quality of the food has dropped, service slow, ambiance quiet. Unlikely to return soon.

Great food, great location, friendly & helpful staff
Always a pleasure to eat at the Fleur. It's our Bo to local. Food is consistently good & the whole history of the place helps you wind down & chill out. Great place to relax over a meal ‘ a few drinks.

Food excellent...just a shame we were sat by the bar which was very busy and noisy, however overall the experience was good.
The butternut squash, goats cheese and spinach pie contained no goats cheese . The vegatbles were raw and the chunky chips were like deep fried mashed potato. The stuffed aubergine was over cooked and missing the peppers. The room was like a farmhouse barn, lacking warmth and atmosphere. We expressed some of our disappointment to staff but felt that it was not acknowledged. They didn't even offer coffees on the house.

An establishment in a lovely location, full of character inside and plenty of space outside. Renowned for its pies but plenty of other things to choose from on the menu. Four of us enjoyed a leisurely lunch with good service and nicely cooked meals.

As ever, good food, well presented and well served. I had a pie - always a good choice! - and my companion something from the specials menu; both were well received and thoroughly enjoyed.

Gorgeous food. Beautiful place with plenty of space. This is the second time being at the fleur de lys and I'll be returning soon
