Hickory's Smokehouse Earlswood

We went to Hickory’s Earlswood for a working lunch and also to take a Teams call.

We were greeted by Lisa who was so helpful in finding us a table with a plug socket and with enough room to eat and have our laptops out. She went through the specials with us which we’ll definitely look at for our next visit!

We were served by Ben who was also super helpful! We checked with us about making some small swaps/additions to the meals and made it so straightforward!

I had to stay behind for a call and it was so nice to feel welcomed somewhere. Not everywhere is happy with you continuing a business call, but Ben checked in to see if I need anything further which I really appreciated it!

Also, lovely little sections in the ladies toilets with some sanitary products and additional items, I think these small things are a real reflection of how businesses feel about their customers and this just made my day!
