Visited with friends Saturday, after the rugby. The TV was so loud I couldn't hear the bar staff. When the game finished they turned off the TV and turned up the music. I'm ok with music but there was only 3 other people in the bar as well as us 4. That dead at 9.30 on a Saturday night?your certainly not encouraging or welcoming new people to the pub.

The Ale Rooms is a modern bar in the center of Kenilworth, A small friendly intimate place where people can meet chat and have a drink. They host live music every Friday night. We have played there a couple of times. The crowd is responsive, engages with the music and are friendly. It is a great place to play live music. We really enjoy playing here.Highly recommend.

Came here to watch the 6 Nations and it's always a good place to visit. Decent beer friendly staff and a nice place. Always recommend popping in for a drink here.

I am a fan of real ale and here I tried a drop of the available beers, but I did not like either of them. I suspect my judgement does not reflect on the beers in their original state.

Easily the best place to drink in Kenilworth, fantastic atmosphere, nice beer and a super comfortable environment.

Good place to get real ales that are different from the mass market ones. Often a nice stout or porter is available. Live music can be a bit too loud for conversation.

Brilliant place to go for a drink. Extremely friendly staff. Varied clientele. Great atmosphere. Live music every Friday. Good selecrion of ales and gins. Dog friendly too. Can highly recommend.
Went to the Halloween House Party with DJs Ross Moran and Matt Despilia. I've never been to The Ale Rooms before. The service was fast, friendly and the staff were dancing and upbeat. The DJs were great. The effort with decorations and fancy dress was ace. Lovely venue. Bit pricey but it is Kenilworth and not a chain (I live in Coventry) and the service, atmosphere and staff were so good that I didn't mind the prices and we will defo be back!
