Leaving a review due to the amazing staff in this Costa, they had a lot of of elderly people come in and the staff went above and beyond for the customers. Walking them to there tables. Supporting them by holding on to them and taking the time to speak to them.Well done ?

Lovely place for a drink or a bite to eat. The staff are so down to earth friendly and polite. In my opinion its best Costa around the Warwickshire area.

I went for the offer on the app and what was advertised in store , which was cake for £1 on Friday deal , got to order point to be told sorry that offer isn't working on our machine today , waste of time this banch .

Rubbish. Stood for 5 minutes, waiting to be served. Staff member stood and chatted to friend, glancing at me but not coming over to serve. Gave up and walked out. Better service and coffee elsewhere. Won't be going back, even for special offers! I've had bad experiences before but this was the final straw.

Came in twice this week. Blood all over the toilet seat in the upstairs toilet facilities and it has been here for two days. Clearly don’t clean the toilets so wonder if they clean anything else. Won’t be back. Hopefully the dirty person who can’t be bothered to clean their menstrual blood of the loo will read this too.
The three staff on duty had to Google how to make a mocha. Need I say more?This Costa is the worst I've ever experienced.I'm local and only went there because they were the only coffee shop open at the time.Never again.

Quick stop in Kenilworth Costa coffee, service good. However had to listen to the female member of staff moaning to her male colleague for 15 minutes about a disagreement she had with another female member of staff . No problem letting off steam but not sure the whole of the cafe needed to listen to the conversation. Fair play to the male member of staff for giving their view, that both female staff were at fault. Despite his female colleague refusing to acknowledge any wrong doing during 15 minute conversation!!! But didn't really need to hear any of it?

Coffee and food was OK.Service was appallingServers gave the cakes I ordered in paper bags had to ask for plates and cutlery and when the coffee arrived in paper cup, I should have gone to McDonald's not what I expected from Costa.. 1 star ? only......Plenty of other coffee shops in this village I will be using...
