“Fantastic waitress tonight, Meg was her name. I’m really making a review for not only the excellent food, but for her and her outstanding customer service it was beyond our expectations, she was super friendly and she seemed very happy considering she was telling us she was on a long shift. I wish her all the best & I hope to make a visit again very soon! Would highly recommend”

“Had a lovely lunch here on Sunday 27th July. We were celebrating my friends birthday so we decided on the Chateaubriand for 2. We were not disappointed. The steak was perfect, the roasted vegetables and the side dishes were extremely tasty and plenty of them. We followed this with a perfect Toffee Creme Brulee. Our waitress, Shelley, was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble, from checking whether we had allergies and finding out what we can/cannot eat to recommending a wine to go with our meal. She was a perfect host. Will definitely being going back.”

“Went for Mothers Day. Excellent roast, and they brought round extra roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings for free. There were 2 drinks added to our bill, but removed by the manager without any fuss. Would definitely go back.
Parking: Paid parking nearby.”
“Been to the Clarendon Arms for Sunday Roast for a number of weeks now and I can definitely say that it's the best place to go.
Staff very nice and attentive always smiling and asking if everything was OK.
Food OMG the Yorkie Pubs are massive, meat yummy yum yum potatoes and I love the fact they bring veg out in a separate plate as I dont like veg so there's none on my plate.
Value for money as 2 roast meals was 29.90£.”
