Bright and pleasant surroundings, full on a January week night so plenty of atmosphere. Service friendly and generally efficient, but having only 2 serving staff meant there wasn't always one on hand if you wanted something. Food generally very good and tasty, but some dishes were disappointing. Didn't mind paying the automatic 10% service charge as I would have left that amount of tip, but there was no mention of the charge on menu or website, as there should have been.

We are not from the area and dropped into Nur Nur Paradise as the food looked great through the window, WOW! It didn’t disappoint, the lunch was a good price and food very delicious to say the least

Most of our food was good quality. I agree with other comments that the quantity of rice provided for ~£4 was minimal. My daughter’s chicken satay was raw. Her meal was replaced after 10mins when we raised the issue. I thought they would give us her meal for free and remove the service charge given the issue but it was not. Overall nice surrounding and most of the food is good but they need to work on their service when things happen.

Went to Nur Nur on New Year's Eve and although we were the first there the atmosphere was very warm with nice background music and comfortable furniture.There were 4 of us (wife, son and granddaughter) who had different Starters, Mains and Desserts, which were all absolutely delicious. Mains: Weeping Tiger, Panang Beef Curry, Lamb Shank and Barbary Duck we have never tasted Thai food like it. The staff could not do enough for you.This restaurant is highly recommended and we will be be back.

The food was too salty we have had much better Thai food before .We will not visit again.We had mentioned our daughter has peanut intolerance .They gave us Allergy booklet and it mentioned there was no peanut in the one of dish we selected for our daughter the salad that came with it had peanut and when we pointed out they did not admit that made a mistake .My daughter mentioned the chicken did not have flavour and the rice was dry and chicken was rubbery and chewy .Not worth 17 pounds.If you have anyone with allergies be very careful and avoid.

Dined here this evening, really delicious food, nice to see a range of dishes beyond the usual Thai fare although wewent for fairly straightforward nur nur chicken massaman, tom kha with seabass, stir fried broccoli, pad thai. Service was also very good, the staff were lovely. We'll definitely be back.

We booked a table for 13 people for a family meal, we were seated upstairs on a long table with plenty of room which was a bonus! Staff were attentive throughout the evening, starters were really tasty and we tried most of them, can highly recommend the mushrooms!! All the mains were served at the same time, all food was served hot & quality was amazing, it could only of been bettered if we were actually in puket! Steak was perfection, my green chicken curry really flavoursome without being to hot, this meal was one of the best we have eaten by far, we usually travel into Warwick for a Thai meal, Will definitely be back soon. Thank you to to all the staff, we have all been left with great memories of New Year’s Eve 2023!!

Our first visit to this new Thai Restaurant in Kenilworth. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed a lovely Christmas cocktail and a beer, followed by a delicious, tasty lunch of chicken cashew stir fry, Cha Cha chicken and spring rolls with spicy dip. Finished off with Thai cheesecake. Would definitely come again. The ambiance was very cosy, with bookcases, orchids and hanging flowers setting the Thai scene.
First visit here for Saturday lunch. Friendly welcome. Nice environment. Tasty food and good service. Look forward to visiting in the evening.

Have to say is wow. A fantastic birthday meal with my family. All of as are still talking about how wonderful the food tasted. I asked the waiter what he recommended and he didn't fail. I don't understand the bad reviews unless they picked a bad night. Definitely will be back.
