Good food and professional overall but why do they charge £4 for a local delivery in the same town?

Been coming here for the past 15 years and can say without a doubt one of the best curry in West Midlands. Always a nice welcome when coming to collect my food. As for the food always delicious especially the chicken tikka masala best around... Thanks for being part of the community guys keep up the good work.

We always order take away from Sonali and are rarely disappointed. Tonight though we ordered again. All the food was lovely but my partner ordered a chicken tikka main and was not happy with it. It came in a very small foil container with only six or seven bits of chicken. No way was that a main course portion. We couldn’t ring as we were having a pet emergency and have been out all evening at the vets. I looked for an E mail but none available so had no option tonight but to leave a review. As regular customers we found this very disappointing.

Not much spice or Indian flavours to the Balti & Bhuna we ordered . Quite disappointing. Pilau rice was just plain basmati rice .& garlic Naan turned out today be just plain no garlic hunt to it at all . Overall very disappointed with our takeaway this eve . Won’t be ordering again

We had a overnight stay with friends in the town and had fantastic service and food from this place would recommend to anyone staying or living in the area

Rubbish. Same cooked chicken in 3different dishes covered in thick sauce to differentiate the dishes. Meat was chewy. Nan tasted like it was store brought. Not authentic in my opinion. Only only authentic item was the salad they provided. Won't be going back. 80% binned 50% was cooked onions and peppers.

That was the best madras ever..slightly hot but great for me. Partner was blowing fire out of his ears though. Loved it.

Food is great but website is not useable, and they don’t let you use the vouchers they personally send there frequent customers

It should be 1 star but I'm being generous because we have ordered atleast 15 times before! I am a vegetarian so I ordered my veggie friendly food and my partners meat main. I totally understand catering for different types, eg allergy free , vegan veggie meat eaters ect... as I am in the same sector of work, but by far this was the worst order for me. We've had issues before but have had a free mint sauce or better items to resolve the issue but tonight I bit into what was a chunk of CHICKEN breast in my Aloo Gobi, which should only consist of potato and califlower... I am mortified how that has got into my food which means there's no due care regarding cross contamination and god knows what else!! I'm disappointed because you were our no.1 choice
Lovely clean premises, polite men inside, and food was well cooked.

Food was perfect, staff are absolutely fantastic, well spoken explained everything that I need to know what goes in each curry ? ? ? ?,Food was finger licking, price was also perfect, ?? ? ?Didn't had to wait that long for my food,In between had a quick starter, couldn't wait to try the food, it was fantastic, fantastico, fabulous finger licking,I recommend everyone to go and try the food at #Sonali Indian Takeaway.I'll be going again very soon.????????????????????????????

We have tried all of the restaurants in Kenilworth and this is easily the best for takeaway or delivery. Food is always delivered in the timeframe promise and is the most authentic in our opinion. There are some nicely spiced dishes but they will cook to your requirements. Always friendly

Our favourite go-to for Indian Cuisine and we have been customers for decades. We have it delivered and the food is consistently good and arrives piping hot. Unfortunately, Sonali have recently pumped up their pricing by about 10% and we no longer consider it represents value for money. Cost of local delivery is now £2.50 which is excessive - our Chinese meals are delivered by Full House for £1.30. Another issue is that the food takes at least an hour to be delivered. For the price of the Sonali takeaway we can now dine out in a restaurant and enjoy table service. It's a no-brainer.
