Has a feeling of mustiness.Staff - School dinner ladyesque.[In my case] food quality/preparation - not the best. Not a pleasant experience.

Had a great lunch in there, somewhat busy but service was still pretty fast. Lovely veggie full English breakfast, lovely looking cakes too, sadly we were too full to sample them!

On a cold but sunny Saturday lunch time the delicious home made soup was absolutely amazing. Great service. Friendly staff.

Went to Rocking horse cafe Saturday 28th October. Had Cottage pie and veg, No potatoes, had to pay extra for that, and wait for it ,this place doesn't even do chips, dear god.

Nice atmosphere ,regrettably we had to return the fried bread twice due to insufficient cooking and had to wait around 40 mins for food to be served then a further 15 mins for tea which we had ordered at the same time. Won't bother

Service very slow , constant reminders to serve the tea we had ordered with the food and sent the fried bread back twice due undercooking

We go here every time we are in Kenilworth. It is a lovely little cafe right in the centre. Really wholesome, homemade dishes and an abundance of fantastic cakes and treats - too many to choose from really! Staff are fantastic. Really polite, friendly and hardworking. Plenty of seating outside too for when the weather is better. Really reasonably priced too so great value for money. Highly recommended and look forward to going back the next time we are in town!

Stumbled across this when wandering around on the way to get some breakfast, and noticed they did a fry-up, so stopped off there. And glad we did! It's a comfortable spacious cafe with free-standing chairs/tables, popular with the older crowd and a perfect place to take a load off for a cuppa plus cake, as they have a great assortment in the display racks.I was happy with the small breakfast which came with toast (that was delivered sooner so cooled off by the time the main dish arrived) and a pot of tea. It wasn't a large plate, but contained all the right ingredients. Although brown sauce and ketchup are available, I didn't see any mustard.Great value, speedy service - will certainly revisit when I'm next in the area.

We keep going back to The Rocking Horse as we enjoy the good choice of food and the friendly atmosphere there.Breakfast is our usual meal as there is a lovely selection. The cost is reasonable and all food items are freshly cooked. Our choice of coffee is a cafetiere.A totally enjoyable experience.

Go evry month with a friend as she likes it there and we both have had to travel independently to get there from home .Had staff and management changes this last year and a new menu .Generally okay but only just enough food on the new menu . I think they are trying there best but some way to go the have us wanting to go back again .I am only just happy overall but it's convenient for us. Parking at Waitrose nearbye have free parking for 2 hours and is a bonus.Parking: Waitrose store nearbye free for. 2 hrs
