Don’t ruin your evening. First order time was a 10-15 minute wait time. Wouldn’t have minded waiting 30 minutes but when 50 minutes passed I contacted to ask if there was a problem. It was as if I’d never made an order in the first place. Told I had to wait another 20-25 minutes for my order. I ask for some form of compensation and the lady just laughed at me. 35 minutes passes no food still. I call again and I’m told I have to wait another 10 minutes. I’m offered a drink for my inconvenience. Currently waited 1 hour and 45 minutes and I have no food.

I wish I checked reviews before I ordered!If you’re wondering, that meant to be a chicken Szechuan!!! What supposed to be a crisp fried chicken tossed in a spicy, sour, hot & tongue tickling Schezwan Sauce, was soft raw like chicken swimming in something.Save your money and go elsewhere

Me and my partner ordered here quite a few times because the food is usually good but i need to make sure people know how rude they are on the phone when we need to ring them at least 3 times to know where the food is. Last time it took 2 hours to get here (I would have no problem waiting if the waiting time on the app wasn’t 30 min). They just show not interested at all in clients or if your food is being delivered on time and hot. We live like 5 min away from there so distance is not an issue.

Ordered different meals for four of us and we were all very happy with our food. Delivered within the time specified, yes it took an hour but it said that on the website when we ordered, so no issue. Food was hot, fresh and good quality. Good sized portions and reasonable prices. Delivery driver was prompt and courteous.Have used this takeaway many times and always a good experience, thank you.

Food was ordered at 7:30 didn’t get here till 9 and it’s been reheated chips and chicken balls arnt even done well just poor service and poor

Terrible service do not use. Order partially delivered. Staff extremely disinterested in solving the problem. Assured that missing sauce would be sent, asked for whole dish to be replaced but told no. Sauce arrived one hour after other food, so cold food left and most of group had eaten.

I visited on Sunday ay 15th October 2023. I ordereda Chicken Curry and Egg-fried-rice. I gave the young man a £10 note, since, they only take cash. He then asked for another 60p! I gave him a £1 coin and received 40p change. I thought this was very expensive. I didnt have my glasses so couldnt check a menu. However I took a menu and checked when I got home. The meal was priced at £7.50. The robbing B'stard had just robbed me and I was given no receipt. He denied conning me. That has cost them a new customer, I would caution anyone thinking of using this place. Also what I received was not eggfried rice but boiled rice. Disappointed didnt come close to how I felt! Thankfully there are others I can try, be warned!

We ordered food at 8:20 was told it would take 20 minutes to arrive after waiting over an hour we called to be told it would take another 20 minutes we are still waiting 40 minutes after that. The service is rubbish don’t order from here if you want quick
