However this place has gone so badly down hill ****Danni***(a young lady who says she is the manager was extreamly rude i have taken it futher... please avoide this branch...not worth ur time or hard earned money . .still have no solution

Good service from a chap named oli, sorted me right out. Disappointed however in another team member a small Indian lady didn’t catch the name she was shouting and verbally abusing the stores team members calling them useless. Once I had collected the pizzas I walked out the back to my car and saw the same lady crouched down on the floor smoking and on her phone. Not only is smoking and then handling food disgusting but very hypocritical of her to call her colleagues useless to them go and smoke out the back

It was a takeaway, the previous customers receipt was still in the card machine.Could have removed it before offering the machine to a customer.Food was nice.

Sides, Desserts in here are the tastiest food especially the cookie which are my all time favourite.Vegetarian options: Few vegetarian options but they taste amazing.Parking: Parking on the rear which has potholes.

Bought 3 pizzas as a treat for the kids and cousins. Bit dry and lacking in both sauce and cheese. It still got eaten though !!

Second time this year that I have ordered from this domino's and both tines have been terrible quality. The topping has missed some of the edges by over 3 inches and the toppings they have put on has had such little sauce it's dry and not a pleasure to eat. Tonight they were also over cooked with black burn areas all over the pizzas. Might try a different store next time, I certainly will not be recommending this store to anyone.

Well. What can I say. Spoke to a stroppy child called olly when my order was late (I ordered 8 hours in advance)Told the tracker wasn't accurate. Why have one then?Pizza arrived 35 minutes late. Refused delivery and am now waiting for a PayPal refund.Olly shouldn't be allowed to even use a phone. Let alone have a job. Very mardy child who I hope gets sacked.

The food is so hit and miss! Unfortunately, the delivery orders often arrive lukewarm. My daughters order varies from below average to excellent! The hike in prices means that we will be heading to pizza hut instead
Dominoes standards have severely dropped in the last four years. Less amounts of ingredients used, higher prices obviously and a general unfriendly atmosphere on collection. Pizza Hut is worse and forget about papa John's. The area is in desperate need of a new pizzeria....there's a definite opening for someone to take over....

After i have ordered pizza ... it has been delivered to a different adress and after i spoke with them they said i will receive my order plus something extra free of charge...well guess what..i didn't and after almost 3 hours i have received my order ?♀️

i have ordered a pizza ... it said out for delivery and after 30 minutes it said delivered but it was delivered to a different location... after they told me that i will receive my order plus a small pizza free of charge ...i didn't

The place has an abandoned train station feel with the empty room with tiled walls.Food was great as always.

Where to start with this place, it's my own fault but it's the convenience of what they offer. 5 times now I think I've had to make a complaint,today's issue was the app saying the pizza delivered when it wasn't so we contacted the store to just be told lies because everytime you contact them it's a different excuse,this time they told me the app was on a timer and will say delivered even if its not.If you contact the customer care team they don't care because they don't get back to you,I've had 1 reply from them but nothing from other complaints.It's a constant fob off if you ring the store they will just say its on the way,I was told today it's on the way but I mentioned it will be cold when it gets here I was then passed to someone else and they said there was a delay in baking it (so it's not actually out for delivery like the app said and like I've been told) arrived 10 mins later stone cold, I was lied to saying they havnt baked It yet.There are some stores out there I've never had a problem with but this store on tuttle Hill in Nuneaton is awful and they don't have a clue about customer service or guest satisfaction.
