Awful service from afeeni here today. Went in with a couple friends.Purchased the monster deal, the way we put it on the conveyer belt didn't fit under the plastic screen, so instead of asking us to downstack it or herself downstacking it nicely, she just chucked the monster boxes onto my friends shopping which was separated with a divider. Crushing what he was buying.We got no hello, no other interaction, didnt tell us the total until I was already paying on the card machine. Looked miserable to be there. When I was trying to sort the shopping she just pushed everything at me including the monster boxes meaning my friend had to rearrange it at the end so we could even pick it up.Nothing when we left either, a simple goodbye would have sufficed.Being nice goes a long way, from 3 people who work in the retail industry we were all disgusted by her treatment, learn how to say hi how are you, even if you don't care about the answer! Not a good representation of your company having her front and center.Other than that it was a good visit and had all the bits expected from farm foods, and everyone else around the shop seemed in a better mood and asked politely for us to scooch over when they were restocking an area.

Small store really but they try and get all the stock out, aisles are a bit tight I would have thought they would have looked for a bigger store by now.

Your typical Farmfoods but the store is pretty badly laid out so it's difficult to push a trolley around as pallets or displays of goods near the front of the store block the aisles making them too narrow to get a trolley through so you either have life the wheels over or take a detour.But the staff are friendly and it has limited tills, of which only one is usually manned by a member of staff, or that is my experience but I tend to only shop there after 6pm.

Ok, just wish I could get to the tills easily. There seems to be 1 person serving every time you go in and it doesn't matter how many are waiting.

It's the smallest farmfood shop I've been to.tthe on in bell green Coventry in a lot more roomer.but it has the same cheap frozen food that makes farm foods alot cheaper than Iceland.asda.tesco

Very annoying when the staff are putting stock out that don't need filling up and when you want something because there's nothing on shelfs depending on what member of staff you ask they say no without looking in back or come back later. sorry we travelled 20 minutes so no we didn't go back went to Iceland instead. I would pay someone to go in an hour early and fill up instead of all the staff filling upwhen just opened open
