Many problems with a product. Currys customer repair centre was useless leaving a family with 2 small children without a fridge freezer for what would have been 4 weeks! Untill currys Nuneaton steped in agreeing it was unacceptable delivering a new fridge freezer within 2 days.
Manager Jamie and Jordan from teamknowhow couldn't help enough couldn't be more thankful.
Now to start chasing £180 for food loss
And 4 hours worth of calls at 9p per minute to currys repair centre.
We needed a new vacuum cleaner. The assistant who served us was excellent. He explained all about the cleaner that we selected and was very thorough in explaining all the details needed to complete the sale.
