Wrong order in drive-thru again. So annoying given how expensive it is now.

The food was good, but they forgot to give condiments we asked for. I had to go back to the serving counter and queue again whilst our food was getting cold on our table.The restaurant was a bit cold, and tables could have been cleaner, I could see grease marks on some unoccupied table.

What do I say about KFC, we have all been to one and if you haven’t where have you been.Easily accessible from the A444 and lots of car parking. However most of the time there is a traveling community taking up about half the car park.

Me and the mrs have kfc from Bermuda park about once a week as it’s our favourite, but they never fail to disappoint…they always miss something from our order every time we go, the organisation is very poor.

Just had a meal delivered it arrived half an hour late so as you might guess it was stone cold. Phoned KFC and was told not their problem as it was out with the driver very poor customer care when the food did arrive I asked the driver why he was late. The driver could not speak English or that’s what he made out so no good talking to him all in all very poor service from KFC and just eat they won’t be getting any more orders from me.

I have to say I've eaten KFC in several different countries and a dozen different places here in the UK but this has to be one of the very best I've had, massive pieces of chicken, the fries were perfectly cooked, gravy and corn were both spot on!!! Service was pretty quick and pleasant staff!!!

This is easily the best KFC we have ever had and the staff couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Don't bother even trying the Coventry KFC at Courthouse Green... travel a little further and use this one. No greasy chicken here and it's clean too with staff that actually smile... very impressed!

Good food well it's chickenHad to wait for half the order wich they had already packed half the order so had half hot half cold service was slow and they still fudged up my order I asked for a 12 peace boneless I only got 8 peaces but paid for 12 if the staff can not count to 12 they need to go back to school and start again.
