Very busy McDonalds, but ordered and food arrived promptly.Overall as good as a McDonalds can get.

Food was cold when i sat down to eat, it was that cold the cheese slice on the burger hadn't melted, hardly and salad in the burger, fries were bland and cold too. Staff looked fed up and miserable. Won't be using this place again and will make sure family ,friends avoid it too.

Mc Donald food is tasteless the burgers are smaller the buns need to become more varied and the fries are tasteless and too thin as for the coffee Disgusting! I shan't be going to a Macdonalds ever again!

Terrible experience - I've never seen anywhere so disorganised.. staff on a go slow.. order board faulty .. there was a huge pile of food in one area just sat going cold .. same with fries and another area overflowing with drinks all melting or going cold.. stood for ages at the food counter.. after about 10 minutes someone selected my items and gave it to me.. everything was stone cold .. Avoid

Good food however most of the time in the past year if been to this MC Donald's they have always seemed to get the burger order wrong. I ordered a quarter pounder with just cheese and ketchup! But it came plain with nothing on it. Nice food but need to get the orders correct for future.Kid-friendliness: Happy meals for kids!

Food always missing when ordering via just eat, what does arrive is stone cold. Also missing dips. I doubt it’s just eat as whenever food ordered from other places always arrives. Children were looking forward to the Halloween squash mellows but as usual they send a book which is nice but not what they wanted. Called the restaurant and they said if I could go there they would complete the order. I ordered in just eat as too busy to drive there. This is not the first time McDonald’s queens road have utterly failed. Don’t order from there!
Ordering was easy and we had table service which was quick and efficient. The food was hot and tasty if a little cardboardy. McDonalds is McDonalds so was noisy and full of younger people which is what you expect. Value for money quick bite with excellent tasting shakes.It is what McDonalds has always been, no frills fast food which seems to be as popular as ever

Always missing items. Staff doesn't read table numbers so walking with your food around like dummys. Filthy floor and toilets in all McDonald's in UK. Worst fast food experience but still most people choose it. The power of advertisement...

A bit dingy on the ground floor and can be plagued by sweary teenagers at the weekend. Everything is a bit run down, which is a shame as the staff are great and the food we had was good too.

I ordered a breakfast at 10:30 and they cancelled it at 11 again after being on order for 30 minutes. They aren't serving up until the time stated on the website and it's just lazy. Really dissapointed.
